淺埋軟弱圍巖中隧道初支結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)各部件支護(hù)效能探討

【摘要】:隧道初期支護(hù)即噴錨支護(hù)是在隧道開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中控制隧道圍巖變形,調(diào)整隧道圍巖應(yīng)力狀態(tài),保證隧道掘進(jìn)施工過(guò)程安全進(jìn)行的重要手段,也是承擔(dān)圍巖壓力荷載的重要支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。但是,相較于噴錨支護(hù)在實(shí)際工程中的廣泛應(yīng)用,對(duì)于隧道初支結(jié)構(gòu)中各部件之間的相互作用關(guān)系,以及這些支護(hù)部件在參數(shù)上的不同選擇對(duì)支護(hù)效果以及其部件自身的影響仍然認(rèn)識(shí)模糊,在這放面很大程度上仍需要更加深入的研究與探討。本論文根據(jù)噴錨支護(hù)現(xiàn)有理論以及巖土工程領(lǐng)域相關(guān)理論知識(shí)結(jié)合我國(guó)公路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中給出的相關(guān)圍巖主要參數(shù)以及隧道復(fù)合式襯砌設(shè)計(jì)中的相關(guān)參數(shù)取值范圍為依據(jù),對(duì)初支結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:1)對(duì)初支結(jié)構(gòu)中錨桿、噴射混凝土的主要支護(hù)理論進(jìn)行分析研究,對(duì)錨桿的錨固力、錨桿錨固力對(duì)圍巖的作用機(jī)理以及噴射混凝土支護(hù)對(duì)圍巖的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析研究,從定性的角度解釋初支結(jié)構(gòu)中錨桿、噴射混凝土對(duì)隧道圍巖的支護(hù)效果。2)運(yùn)用有限元計(jì)算軟件Madis/GTS通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬分析從圍巖與支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的相互作用關(guān)系中分析支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)圍巖的加固機(jī)理。3)運(yùn)用有限元計(jì)算軟件Madis/GTS對(duì)隧道初支結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行模擬分析,通過(guò)對(duì)初支結(jié)構(gòu)中個(gè)子支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)不同支護(hù)參數(shù)的選取,分析初支結(jié)構(gòu)中支護(hù)參數(shù)變化對(duì)圍巖支護(hù)效果的影響。
[Abstract]:Shotcrete anchor support is an important means to control the deformation of surrounding rock, adjust the stress state of surrounding rock, and ensure the safety of tunneling construction in the early stage of tunnel excavation. It is also an important supporting structure to bear the pressure load of surrounding rock. However, compared with the wide application of shotcrete and anchor support in practical engineering, the interaction between the components in the primary branch structure of tunnel is studied. And the influence of different parameters of these supporting parts on the support effect and the part itself is still unclear. To a large extent, it is still necessary to further study and discuss the caving surface. According to the existing theory of shotcreting and anchor support and the relevant theoretical knowledge in geotechnical engineering field combined with the main surrounding rock parameters given in the design code of highway tunnel in our country and the range of relevant parameters in the design of composite lining of tunnel as the basis of this paper. The numerical simulation analysis of the initial branch structure is carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the main supporting theory of bolt and shotcrete in primary support structure is analyzed and studied, and the anchoring force of bolt is studied. The mechanism of anchor force acting on surrounding rock and the action mechanism of shotcrete support on surrounding rock are analyzed and studied, and the anchors in primary support structure are explained qualitatively. The effect of shotcrete on supporting surrounding rock of tunnel. 2) using finite element calculation software Madis/GTS to analyze the reinforcement mechanism of surrounding rock from the interaction between surrounding rock and supporting structure by numerical simulation. 3) using finite element method. The software Madis/GTS is used to simulate and analyze the initial branch structure of the tunnel. Through the selection of different supporting parameters of sub-support structure in primary support structure, the influence of support parameters in primary support structure on the support effect of surrounding rock is analyzed.
