中心城區(qū)停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加劇,城市汽車普及率的不斷增加,使得人們?nèi)粘3鲂械谋憷耘c舒適性有了極大的改善。而伴隨汽車增加而引發(fā)的一系列交通問(wèn)題也變得越發(fā)明顯。受制于有限的城市中心城區(qū)空間和停車場(chǎng)建設(shè)成本,停車問(wèn)題成為了城市交通管理中的一個(gè)核心問(wèn)題。停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)是智能交通系統(tǒng)中出行車輛信息系統(tǒng)的組成部分。為駕駛者及時(shí)提供可靠的停車誘導(dǎo)信息,不僅可以滿足停車需求,還能通過(guò)減少停車迅游流量,提高道路通行能力,讓達(dá)到以靜制動(dòng)的目的。本文在查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外已有停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)停車誘導(dǎo)顯示屏的選址問(wèn)題和停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:第一部分,首先介紹了本研究課題的研究背景,研究目的與意義。之后針對(duì)我國(guó)城市中心城區(qū)停車現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析分析。探討了停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)與交通誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的區(qū)別,并對(duì)停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了梳理。明確了本文的研究方向以及具體技術(shù)路線。第二部分,針對(duì)停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)中的誘導(dǎo)顯示屏的選址問(wèn)題,在分析前人所建立的可變信息板布點(diǎn)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了以可變信息板發(fā)揮的效用最大為目標(biāo)的布點(diǎn)模型,與以往布點(diǎn)計(jì)算方法不同的是,本文考慮了人的因素,即距離事件發(fā)生地點(diǎn)的交叉口數(shù)目,設(shè)計(jì)了遺傳算法優(yōu)化求解步驟,對(duì)遺傳算法的編碼方式、適應(yīng)度函數(shù)和遺傳算子進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。最后,利用VISSIM仿真軟件對(duì)基于灰色局勢(shì)決策的誘導(dǎo)板布點(diǎn)方法、基于模糊決策的誘導(dǎo)板布點(diǎn)方法和本文所建立的誘導(dǎo)板布點(diǎn)方法進(jìn)行模擬,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明:本文所建立的誘導(dǎo)板布點(diǎn)方法更有優(yōu)越性,按照系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)原則,試算表明此模型算法的有效性。第三部分,最后研究停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。本文首先建立了包括軟、硬件投資效益、停車誘導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行效果、停車誘導(dǎo)相關(guān)技術(shù)、駕駛員滿意度及環(huán)境滿意度5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和19各影響因素在內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)體系,結(jié)合專家打分法,給出了停車誘導(dǎo)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's automobile industry, the continuous intensification of the urbanization process, and the increasing popularity of urban cars, the convenience and comfort of daily travel of people have been greatly improved. And a series of traffic problems caused by the increase in cars have become increasingly apparent. The parking problem has become a core problem in urban traffic management because of the limited construction cost of urban central urban space and parking lot. Parking guidance system is an integral part of travel vehicle information system in intelligent transportation system. Providing timely and reliable parking guidance information for drivers can not only meet the demand of parking, but also improve the capacity of the road by reducing the speed of parking, so as to achieve the purpose of static braking. On the basis of consulting a lot of literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of parking guidance system at home and abroad, and studies the location problem of parking guidance display screen and the comprehensive evaluation method of parking guidance system. The main contents are as follows: the first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this research topic. After that, the investigation and analysis of the parking situation in the urban center of our country are carried out. The difference between parking guidance system and traffic guidance system is discussed, and the evaluation method of parking guidance system is combed. The research direction and specific technical route of this paper are clarified. In the second part, aiming at the location problem of the induced display screen in the parking guidance system, based on the analysis of the method of variable information board placement established by the predecessors, a placement model aiming at the maximum utility of the variable information board is constructed. Different from the previous methods, this paper takes into account the human factor, that is, the number of intersections from the location of the event, designs the optimization steps of genetic algorithm, and encodes the genetic algorithm. Fitness function and genetic operator are designed. Finally, VISSIM simulation software is used to simulate the induced plate placement method based on grey situation decision, the induced board point method based on fuzzy decision and the method established in this paper, and the experimental results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the proposed method has more advantages. According to the principle of system optimization, the validity of the model algorithm is demonstrated by the trial calculation. In the third part, the comprehensive evaluation method of parking guidance system is studied. In this paper, a systematic evaluation system is established, which includes five primary indexes, including software and hardware investment benefit, parking guidance project operation effect, parking guidance related technology, driver satisfaction and environment satisfaction, and 19 influencing factors. Combined with expert scoring method, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for parking guidance is presented.
