【摘要】：針對(duì)交通擁堵定量分析不足的問(wèn)題,以交通擁堵指數(shù)為例,對(duì)交通擁堵時(shí)間分布規(guī)律的定量分析方法進(jìn)行了研究。利用散點(diǎn)圖對(duì)全年的日交通擁堵指數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,提出交通擁堵指數(shù)雖然在短期內(nèi)頻繁變化;但在全年范圍內(nèi)表現(xiàn)出一定的變化趨勢(shì)�；诖�,利用信號(hào)濾波技術(shù)提出了年度交通擁堵指數(shù)的分析序列定義、頻譜分析和濾波方法。最后,應(yīng)用該方法研究了2013年度交通擁堵指數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,分析結(jié)果能夠合理反映交通擁堵水平隨日期的變化趨勢(shì),可以為交通擁堵治理提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of insufficient quantitative analysis of traffic congestion, the quantitative analysis method of traffic congestion time distribution is studied by taking traffic congestion index as an example. This paper analyzes the daily traffic congestion index of the whole year by using scatter plot, and points out that although the traffic congestion index changes frequently in a short period of time, it shows a certain trend in the whole year. Based on this, the definition of analysis sequence, spectrum analysis and filtering method of annual traffic congestion index are proposed by using signal filtering technology. Finally, the change law of traffic congestion index in 2013 is studied by using this method. The analysis results can reflect the trend of traffic congestion level with the change of date, and can provide decision support for traffic congestion management.
