橋梁鋼Q345qD低溫力學性能及沖擊韌性試驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究低溫環(huán)境中橋梁鋼Q345qD的力學性能和沖擊韌性,防止鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁在低溫環(huán)境中發(fā)生脆性斷裂,選取鋼橋服役環(huán)境中可能出現(xiàn)的5個溫度點(+20,0,-20,-40,-60℃)進行了系統(tǒng)的低溫靜力拉伸試驗和V形缺口沖擊試驗,并與文獻數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析,得到了強度、塑性及沖擊韌性指標隨溫度變化的規(guī)律及擬合曲線。研究結(jié)果表明:橋梁鋼Q345qD抗低溫冷脆性能較好,低溫下力學性能及沖擊韌性均滿足防斷要求;隨著溫度的下降,屈服強度及抗拉強度均有所提高,斷后伸長率、斷面收縮率和彈性模量沒有明顯變化,沖擊韌性下降;在研究溫度區(qū)間內(nèi),相比于相同屈服強度的Q345系列鋼材,Q345qD沖擊功Boltzmann擬合曲線有較高的上、下平臺能,不易發(fā)生脆性轉(zhuǎn)變,能夠滿足常規(guī)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁的低溫防斷需求。
