熊谷組開發(fā)出隧道注漿可視化系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:正熊谷組于2017年11月7日發(fā)布消息,稱該公司開發(fā)出了隧道注漿可視化系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)注漿堵水的施工數(shù)據(jù)(掌子面的地質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)、鉆孔數(shù)據(jù)、預(yù)注漿數(shù)據(jù)及其他施工數(shù)據(jù))生成三維模型,有效降低前方地層涌水的同時(shí),也有助于將來的隧道維護(hù)管理。在注漿堵水作業(yè)中,為了在隧道的掘進(jìn)方向和隧道周邊實(shí)施超前預(yù)注漿,掌握和分析三維注漿狀況是不可或缺的。原來的方法是根據(jù)二維的圖紙和數(shù)據(jù)來推測(cè)立體性的水文地質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),而此次開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)能夠直接立體性地掌握施工數(shù)據(jù),且數(shù)據(jù)分析簡(jiǎn)單,
[Abstract]:The Zhengxianggu Group released a report on November 7, 2017, saying that the company has developed a tunnel grouting visualization system that can be based on grouting construction data (face geological data, borehole data).
