黃土隧道切槽預(yù)支護(hù)技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Based on the Nangou tunnel of railway coal transport channel from Mengxi to central China, this paper studies the application of mechanical slot pre-supporting technology in loess tunnel, the mechanical characteristics of pre-support and the stability of loess tunnel. In foreign countries, especially in Japan and France, mechanical slot cutting pre-support technology has made outstanding research results and has a large number of successful examples. However, there are no engineering examples in China until now in the initial stage of research. Therefore, it is necessary to study the pre-support technology of mechanical slot cutting from the aspects of engineering method, pre-support parameters, construction technology and so on. In view of the characteristics of loess layer and tunnel construction deformation, this paper analyzes the advantages of the pre-support technology applied in loess layer, analyzes the security of pre-support structure and surrounding rock deformation, and compares it with the traditional support. In order to ensure the safety of the loess tunnel slot-cutting pre-support. In this paper, a large-scale finite difference software FLAC 3D is used to simulate and analyze the construction process of loess surrounding rock tunnel, and two excavation methods, full section method and step method, are studied. Comparing the characteristics of the two engineering methods, optimizing the construction methods from the aspects of displacement, stress and plastic zone, studying the ahead reinforcement of the face of the palm in construction, the excavation of the tunnel, the time of sealing the bottom of the inverted arch, the thickness of the cut groove, The technical parameters such as cutting order and cutting section are put forward, the safety degree of pre-support structure under different buried depth is studied, and the feasibility of mechanical pre-support technology in loess tunnel construction is demonstrated.
