【摘要】：以公交系統(tǒng)中的個(gè)體學(xué)習(xí)行為為研究對(duì)象,通過構(gòu)建出行者面對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)出行環(huán)境的選擇行為模型,使用基于多智能體的仿真方法,模擬公交運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)過程以及出行者的學(xué)習(xí)與自適應(yīng)行為,捕捉個(gè)體行為所涌現(xiàn)的宏觀特性。通過對(duì)個(gè)體的心理認(rèn)知特性及其公交出行過程進(jìn)行描述和分析,建立了個(gè)體出行行為的理論模型和方法框架。論文通過闡述馬爾科夫決策過程的基本屬性,解析公交服務(wù)的具體過程,建立了個(gè)體公交出行的路徑選擇模型,并給出了模型的強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)算法;通過對(duì)個(gè)體公交出行感知更新機(jī)制和出發(fā)時(shí)刻選擇過程的分析,建立了個(gè)體公交出行的感知更新與出發(fā)時(shí)刻選擇模型。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):上述理論模型和方法能夠較好的表征個(gè)體在公交出行中的學(xué)習(xí)行為和自適應(yīng)過程。分析了交通信息在公交出行者感知學(xué)習(xí)過程中的作用。提出了一個(gè)基于Q學(xué)習(xí)參數(shù)的信息評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和信息信任指數(shù)更新機(jī)制。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):交通信息在出行中的主要角色是外部影響要素,它會(huì)提高出行者對(duì)環(huán)境變動(dòng)的敏感程度,但是并不能給出行者帶來(lái)額外的收益;只有當(dāng)環(huán)境發(fā)生突變時(shí),交通信息才能發(fā)揮顯著的作用。分析了個(gè)體在公交出行中的習(xí)慣選擇行為。通過分析習(xí)慣選擇與主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)系,提出了一個(gè)考慮用戶習(xí)慣選擇行為的個(gè)體公交出行模型以及習(xí)慣選擇的觸發(fā)和終止機(jī)制。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):在不確定性的出行環(huán)境中,多數(shù)出行者的習(xí)慣選擇行為是系統(tǒng)走向均衡的有益因素。最后,在Swarm平臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了基于多智能體的微觀仿真系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了針對(duì)上述理論模型的微觀仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Taking the individual learning behavior in the public transport system as the research object, the model of travelers' choice behavior in the dynamic travel environment is constructed, and the simulation method based on multi-agent is used. The process of bus operation and service and the learning and adaptive behavior of travelers are simulated to capture the macroscopic characteristics of individual behavior. Based on the description and analysis of individual psychological cognitive characteristics and public transportation travel process, the theoretical model and method framework of individual travel behavior are established. Through expounding the basic attribute of Markov decision process, analyzing the concrete process of public transport service, establishing the path choice model of individual public transport trip, and giving the reinforcement learning algorithm of the model; Based on the analysis of the mechanism of individual bus trip perception renewal and the process of departure time selection, the model of individual bus trip perception renewal and departure time selection is established. The simulation results show that the above theoretical models and methods can well represent the individual learning behavior and adaptive process in public transportation. This paper analyzes the role of traffic information in the process of public transport travelers' perceptual learning. An information evaluation mechanism based on Q learning parameters and an update mechanism of information trust index are proposed. The simulation results show that the main role of traffic information in travel is external factors, which will enhance the sensitivity of travelers to environmental changes, but can not bring extra benefits to travelers; only when the environment changes, Traffic information can play a significant role. The habit choice behavior of individual in public transportation is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the relationship between habit selection and active learning, an individual bus travel model considering the user's habit choice behavior and the trigger and termination mechanism of habit choice are proposed. Through the simulation experiments, it is found that in the uncertain travel environment, the habit choice behavior of most travelers is a beneficial factor for the system to move towards equilibrium. Finally, on the basis of Swarm platform, the micro simulation system based on multi-agent is designed and developed, and the micro simulation experiment based on the above theoretical model is realized.
