海南濱海旅游公路設(shè)計(jì)體系研究

【摘要】:公路交通發(fā)展是社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo),在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)和供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的大背景下,對公路交通發(fā)展提出了更高的品質(zhì)和服務(wù)要求。旅游業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),公路交通是其基礎(chǔ)性支撐和發(fā)展的先決條件,本文基于兩者之間提出的融合發(fā)展問題,以海南島濱海旅游公路為研究樣本,針對旅游公路的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)及關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。論文以理論概念、設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、實(shí)踐應(yīng)用為基本研究線路,分為三個(gè)層次展開研究。理論概念研究層次,從園林景觀、公路工程、旅游休閑專業(yè)入手,基于綠道、風(fēng)景道和公園道等相關(guān)理論,提出符合我國國情的旅游公路概念,并選取相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行對比分析研究;設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研究層次,提出由功能屬性、原則、評價(jià)、分級、技術(shù)、廊道管理構(gòu)成的旅游公路設(shè)計(jì)體系;實(shí)踐應(yīng)用研究層次,依托以上研究成果,提出由主體工程、服務(wù)及附屬設(shè)施、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與提升三部分內(nèi)容構(gòu)成的海南濱海旅游公路建設(shè)體系,對海南濱海旅游公路沿線展開旅游資源調(diào)研、評價(jià)、分析其風(fēng)貌特征,提出線位布設(shè)原則和分類分段研究成果,然后通過設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,提出旅游公路的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)體系。論文主要結(jié)論及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下:在綜合分析旅游公路的內(nèi)涵和海南濱海旅游現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了海南濱海旅游公路設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)、定位、原則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn);依托海南濱海旅游公路,提出了旅游公路的設(shè)計(jì)方法與流程;提出了基于旅游公路旅游價(jià)值評價(jià)結(jié)果的海南濱海旅游公路的分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn);針對旅游公路具有交通運(yùn)輸和景觀欣賞雙重功能的特點(diǎn),提出設(shè)計(jì)速度是旅游公路設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵控制要素;針對不同級別的旅游公路,提出了建筑界限、荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)計(jì)洪水頻率等控制指標(biāo);針對海南省的環(huán)境特點(diǎn)及旅游公路的輕型交通特點(diǎn),提出了不同設(shè)計(jì)速度和最大超高旅游公路的圓曲線極限最小半徑;在對旅游公路典型車輛大客車行駛動力性能分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了不同級別旅游公路最大縱坡指標(biāo);通過分析旅游公路路基橫斷面各組成部分的功能作用,提出路基橫斷面的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的合理值;針對適宜海南地域特色,提出濱海旅游公路行車道和自行車車道的路面鋪裝類型的設(shè)計(jì)原則;針對濱海旅游公路的資源特點(diǎn),提出了旅游公路的服務(wù)設(shè)施的類型、功能、布局和解說系統(tǒng)以及安全保障設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn);針對濱海旅游公路的環(huán)境特點(diǎn),提出了旅游公路廊道控制的范圍及內(nèi)容,以及管理體制和措施。
[Abstract]:Highway traffic development is an important indicator of the level of social and economic development. Under the background of new normal economy and supply-side structural reform, highway traffic development has put forward higher quality and service requirements. Tourism is an important strategic pillar industry of the national economy, and highway traffic is the prerequisite for its basic support and development. Based on the fusion development between the two, this paper takes the coastal tourist road of Hainan Island as a research sample. The design technology and key index of tourist highway are studied systematically. The basic research route is theoretical concept, design technology and practical application, which is divided into three levels. Starting with landscape architecture, highway engineering, tourism and leisure specialty, and based on the related theories of green road, landscape road and park road, this paper puts forward the concept of tourism highway in accordance with the national conditions of our country. And select relevant cases for comparative analysis; design technology research level, proposed by functional attributes, principles, evaluation, classification, technology, corridor management tourism highway design system; practical application research level, Based on the above research results, the paper puts forward the construction system of Hainan coastal tourism highway, which consists of three parts: main project, service and ancillary facilities, industrial development and upgrading, and carries out investigation and evaluation of tourism resources along Hainan coastal tourism road. This paper analyzes its style and features, puts forward the principle of line placement and the research results of classification and segmentation, and then puts forward the key index system of tourist highway through design practice. The main conclusions and innovations are as follows: on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the connotation of tourism highway, the present situation and future development trend of Hainan coastal tourism, the paper puts forward the objectives, positioning, principles and standards of Hainan coastal tourism road design; Based on Hainan coastal tourism highway, the paper puts forward the design method and process of tourism highway, and puts forward the classification standard of Hainan coastal tourism road based on the result of tourism value evaluation. In view of the dual function of transportation and landscape appreciation, the paper puts forward that the design speed is the key control factor of the tourist highway design, and puts forward the building boundary and load standard for different levels of tourist highway. According to the environmental characteristics of Hainan Province and the light traffic characteristics of tourist highway, the limit and minimum radius of circular curve of different design speed and maximum ultra-high tourism highway are put forward. On the basis of analyzing the driving power performance of typical vehicles and buses of tourist highway, the maximum longitudinal slope index of different levels of tourist highway is determined, and the function of each component of roadbed cross-section of tourist highway is analyzed. The reasonable value of each technical index of roadbed cross section is put forward, the design principle of pavement type of seaside tourist road lane and bicycle lane is put forward according to the suitable regional characteristics of Hainan, and the resource characteristics of coastal tourist highway are pointed out. The types, functions, layout and explanation system of the service facilities and the design points of the safety and security facilities of the tourist highway are put forward, and the scope and contents of the corridor control of the tourist highway are put forward according to the environmental characteristics of the coastal tourist highway.
