蘇州陽(yáng)澄半島水上自行車道施工方案設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著城市慢生活的推動(dòng)及市民要求環(huán)保出行,自行車道在我國(guó)大量建設(shè),尤其是在2014年后,為了加快蘇州陽(yáng)澄半島生態(tài)休閑公園的建設(shè),水上自行車道施工被提上議事日程。陽(yáng)澄湖水上自行車道位于陽(yáng)澄半島,自行車道總規(guī)劃建設(shè)長(zhǎng)度20.8公里,其中水上自行車道建設(shè)4.5公里。本論文首先對(duì)水上自行車道工程概況、設(shè)計(jì)理念進(jìn)行了介紹;接著結(jié)合陽(yáng)澄半島水上自行車道施工實(shí)際情況,對(duì)水上自行車道的圍堰施工作了設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明,施工方案重點(diǎn)介紹了鋼管樁圍堰施工的施工流程、圍堰填筑、拆除的主要準(zhǔn)備工作;5號(hào)橋干河施工采用土圍堰,對(duì)土圍堰進(jìn)行了承載力驗(yàn)算。圍堰的維護(hù)主要是對(duì)圍堰的湖水水位進(jìn)行觀測(cè),確保圍堰在高水位期間的安全穩(wěn)定。灌注樁施工,根據(jù)灌注樁的施工流程,結(jié)合灌注樁需要檢測(cè)孔深、傾斜度、直徑和清孔的規(guī)范要求,提出了鉆孔灌注樁易出現(xiàn)坍孔、卡鉆、掉鉆、擴(kuò)孔及縮孔的預(yù)防及處理措施;結(jié)合灌注樁的泥漿排放,提出了使陽(yáng)澄湖水質(zhì)不受破壞的泥漿排放方案。∏型梁模板、支架施工,介紹了支架搭設(shè)順序,根據(jù)模板支架設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,結(jié)合支模架預(yù)壓及沉降觀測(cè)、支架的拆除原則及順序,提出了支架拆卸的安全保證措施,F(xiàn)澆梁支架搭設(shè)施工,介紹了支架搭設(shè)順序,運(yùn)用模架計(jì)算書,驗(yàn)證了現(xiàn)澆梁支架搭設(shè)施工方案可行。質(zhì)量保證與安全措施,依據(jù)《蘇州市建筑工地文明施工管理規(guī)定》及蘇州市工業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)局施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的有關(guān)規(guī)定,建立質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu),結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理責(zé)任制,提出了水上自行車道施工的分部分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量保證措施,提出了過(guò)程控制的安全技術(shù)措施。本文為水上自行車道施工方案編制提供了一個(gè)實(shí)例,也可為類似水上自行車道施工方案的編制和選定提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the promotion of slow life in the city and the citizens' demand for environmental protection, bicycle lanes have been built in large numbers in China, especially after 2014, in order to speed up the construction of the ecological leisure park in the Yangcheng Peninsula in Suzhou. Construction of a water bike lane was put on the agenda. Yangcheng Lake water bike lane is located in Yangcheng Peninsula, the overall planning length of bicycle lane is 20.8 kilometers, of which water bike lane construction 4.5 kilometers. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation and design concept of water cycle track, and then explains the construction of cofferdam in Yangcheng Peninsula, combining with the actual situation of the construction of water cycle lane on Yangcheng Peninsula. The construction scheme focuses on the construction process of the steel pipe pile cofferdam, the main preparatory work of the cofferdam filling and dismantling, and the earth cofferdam is used in the construction of the No. 5 bridge trunk river, and the bearing capacity of the soil cofferdam is checked and calculated. The maintenance of cofferdam is mainly to observe the lake water level of cofferdam to ensure the safety and stability of cofferdam during the period of high water level. In the construction of cast-in-place pile, according to the construction flow of cast-in-place pile and the standard requirement of testing hole depth, inclination, diameter and clearing hole, the paper puts forward that the bored pile is prone to collapse, jam and drop. The prevention and treatment measures of reaming hole and shrinkage hole, combined with the mud discharge of cast-in-place pile, the mud discharge scheme that makes the water quality of Yangcheng Lake not to be destroyed is put forward. According to the design of the formwork support, the safety guarantee measures are put forward according to the pre-compression and settlement observation of the support frame, the principle and sequence of the removal of the support. The construction of cast-in-place beam bracket is introduced, and the construction scheme of cast-in-place beam support is verified by using the calculation book of mould frame. Quality assurance and safety measures, in accordance with "Suzhou Construction site Civilization Construction Management regulations" and the relevant provisions of construction standardization of Suzhou Industrial Park Planning and Construction Bureau, establish quality control organizations and combine with quality management responsibility system. This paper puts forward the quality assurance measures of the water cycle track construction and the safety technical measures of the process control. This paper provides an example for drawing up the construction scheme of water cycle lane, and also provides a reference for the compilation and selection of the construction scheme of similar water cycle lane.
