折線先張法簡支T梁施工方案設(shè)計及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:折線先張法是先張法的一種重要形式,通過彎起器將預(yù)應(yīng)力筋彎折并進(jìn)行張拉,預(yù)彎矩圖與荷載作用下的彎矩圖更接近,同時克服了直線形先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件不能適用較大跨度的缺點,并從根本上解決了后張法預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁孔道壓漿不實、預(yù)應(yīng)力失控等質(zhì)量隱患。近幾年在國內(nèi)外跨海大橋、高速公路和鐵路橋梁中已有較多應(yīng)用,但配套施工工藝尚不完善,已有的研究主要針對雙折線布筋形式,即預(yù)應(yīng)力筋彎折兩次,而對單折線配筋先張梁的施工建造缺少研究,成為制約折線先張法推廣應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵問題。本文以遂寧至廣安的高速某大橋建設(shè)項目的30m單折線先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡支T梁預(yù)制施工為背景,針對施工中關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容展開研究,并介紹該項目單折線先張預(yù)應(yīng)力T梁的施工建造、施工方案的應(yīng)用情況。本文主要完成的工作有:(1)分析了單折線先張法預(yù)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)簡支T梁施工中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,基于現(xiàn)有的張拉反力系統(tǒng)臺座形式,提出一套傳力明確、施工簡單、可重復(fù)利用適合于單折線和直線預(yù)應(yīng)力筋整體張拉的反力系統(tǒng)方案。(2)按照現(xiàn)行設(shè)計規(guī)范要求對所提出的反力系統(tǒng)方案各部分構(gòu)件進(jìn)行強度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計和驗算,并采用通用有限元軟件LS-DYNA建立三維數(shù)值計算模型,對關(guān)鍵傳力部位的整體受力狀況進(jìn)行計算分析。(3)采用本文設(shè)計的張拉反力系統(tǒng)對該大橋項目的單折線先張法30m預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)梁施工,從施工工藝流程、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的張拉程序、混凝土的施工技術(shù)要點以及預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的放張程序這幾個方面介紹了該反力系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:Zhang Fa is an important form of the first Zhang Fa. The prebending moment diagram is closer to the moment diagram under load by bending and tensioning the prestressed tendons. At the same time, it overcomes the shortcoming that linear pre-Zhang Fa prestressed concrete members can not be applied to large span, and solves the quality hidden trouble of post-Zhang Fa prestressed concrete beams such as unreal grouting and uncontrollable prestress fundamentally. In recent years, there have been many applications in the sea crossing bridges, highways and railway bridges at home and abroad, but the supporting construction technology is still not perfect. The existing research is mainly aimed at the form of double broken lines, that is, the prestressed tendons bend twice. However, the lack of research on the construction of single line reinforced beam becomes the key problem to restrict the popularization and application of Zhang Fa. In this paper, based on the prefabricated construction of Zhang Fa prestressed concrete simply supported T beam in Suining to Guangan high speed bridge construction project, the key contents of the construction are studied. This paper also introduces the construction of pretensioned T beam with single broken line and the application of construction scheme. The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows: (1) the key technical problems in the construction of Zhang Fa prefabricated standard simply supported T-beam are analyzed. Based on the existing pedestal form of tensioning reaction system, a set of explicit transmission force and simple construction are put forward. The reaction system scheme suitable for the integral tension of single broken lines and linear prestressed tendons can be reused. (2) according to the requirements of the current design code, the strength, stiffness, stability design and checking calculation of the components of the proposed reaction system scheme are carried out. The 3D numerical model is established by using the universal finite element software LS-DYNA. The stress condition of the key force transfer site is calculated and analyzed. (3) the Zhang Fa 30m prestressed concrete T beam of the bridge project is constructed by using the tension and reaction system designed in this paper, and the construction process is carried out from the point of view of the construction process. This paper introduces the application of the reaction system from the tensioning program of prestressed tendons, the key points of construction technology of concrete and the tensioning procedure of prestressed tendons.
