隧道施工紅外探水干擾分析與預防研究

【摘要】:隧道紅外探水預報受多種因素的干擾,其準確性往往受到影響。通過紅外探水的原理分析,對廣大鐵路擴能改造工程祥和隧道進口段進行現(xiàn)場試驗,針對每一項影響因素做詳細的試驗測試,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)燈源、初噴混凝土對紅外探測造成的影響最大,產(chǎn)生干擾的根本原因是干擾源產(chǎn)生的熱量改變了原來的環(huán)境溫度,并探討了減小干擾的主要方法:1)探測時選擇干擾源最少的時間段;2)若干擾無法避免,可按最高溫度為標志點建立干擾溫度場,即可明顯排除干擾產(chǎn)生的影響;3)探測時應保持在隧道中軸線上,保持接收孔與每一條測線各測點夾角相同。通過以上方法,可以有效提高隧道紅外探水的準確性。
[Abstract]:The accuracy of tunnel infrared water detection prediction is often affected by many factors. Through the principle analysis of infrared water detection, the field test was carried out on the entrance section of Xianghe tunnel in the vast railway capacity expansion and reconstruction project. According to each influencing factor, the detailed test was made, and the lamp source was analyzed and found. Initial shotcrete has the greatest impact on infrared detection. The fundamental reason for the interference is that the heat generated by the interference source changes the original ambient temperature. The main method of reducing interference is also discussed: 1) selecting the time period with the least interference source in detection) if the interference can not be avoided, the interference temperature field can be established according to the mark point of the highest temperature. The influence caused by interference can be eliminated obviously. (3) the detection should be kept on the central axis of the tunnel and the angle between the receiving hole and the measuring points of each line should be the same. Through the above methods, the accuracy of tunnel infrared water detection can be improved effectively.
