青川巖瀝青改性瀝青及其混合料技術性能研究

【摘要】:青川巖瀝青是地殼中的石油類物質在地質環(huán)境長期作用下,經過復雜的物理、化學變化后所形成的產物。作為一種自然資源,青川巖瀝青不但儲量豐富,且路用性能良好,施工工藝簡便,價格經濟合理,符合我國大力倡導的“資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型”社會發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。就目前而言,國內在青川巖瀝青的工程應用技術方面還不夠成熟,對青川巖瀝青所具有的實際應用價值還需進行進一步的系統研究。本文結合實際工程需要,對青川巖瀝青改性瀝青及其混合料的路用性能及其施工技術進行研究,取得的主要研究成果如下:1、通過查閱大量的文獻資料,對青川巖瀝青的物理力學特性進行了分析,并從微觀層面對青川巖瀝青的改性機理進行了探討,為系統了解青川巖瀝青改性瀝青及其混合料的路用性能提供了一定的基礎。2、通過對不同摻量(6%、8%、10%、12%)的青川巖瀝青改性瀝青進行路用性能試驗研究和動態(tài)蠕變性能試驗研究,并與基質瀝青和SBS改性瀝青進行了對比分析,發(fā)現青川巖瀝青的摻加可明顯改善瀝青的高溫穩(wěn)定性能、水穩(wěn)定性能、抗老化性能、感溫性能及施工和易性能,但對其低溫性能存在一定的不利影響。特別是青川巖瀝青改性瀝青的延度指標與當量脆點T1.2指標的結果不一致,在青川巖瀝青改性瀝青的低溫性能評價方面應結合瀝青混合料的低溫性能進行合理評價。3、針對實際工程需要,以AC-16C型瀝青混合料為基礎,對不同摻量(6%、8%、10%)的青川巖瀝青改性瀝青混合料進行了較為系統的路用性能試驗研究,并與同類型的基質瀝青混合料和SBS瀝青混合料進行了對比分析,研究結果表明,青川巖瀝青對瀝青混合料的抗永久變形能力、抗水損性能及抗疲勞性能具有良好的改善作用。為了保證青川巖瀝青改性瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性能,建議巖瀝青的摻量最好不要超過8%。在此基礎上,對AC-16C型基質瀝青混合料及摻量為8%的青川巖瀝青改性瀝青混合料進行了配合比設計試驗研究,為實際工程應用提供了技術依據。4、通過“G207錫海線洛陽境火神凹至參駕店段大修工程”試驗路的鋪筑,總結了青川巖瀝青改性瀝青的施工工藝,并對其經濟效益及社會效益的進行評價分析,從而對促進青川巖瀝青的進一步推廣應用具有一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:Qingchuan rock asphalt is the product of petroleum in the crust after complex physical and chemical changes under the long-term effect of geological environment. As a natural resource, Qingchuan rock asphalt is not only rich in reserves, but also has good road performance, simple construction technology and reasonable price, which conforms to the "resource-saving type" advocated by China. At present, the engineering application technology of Qingchuan rock asphalt in China is not mature enough, and the practical application value of Qingchuan rock asphalt needs further systematic study. The main research results are as follows: 1. Through consulting a large number of documents, the physical and mechanical properties of Qingchuan rock asphalt are analyzed, and the modification mechanism of Qingchuan rock asphalt is discussed from the micro-level, which can provide a systematic understanding of the pavement performance of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt and its mixture. The pavement performance test and dynamic creep test of modified asphalt with different content of Qingchuan rock asphalt (6%, 8%, 10%, 12%) were carried out. The results showed that the addition of Qingchuan rock asphalt could obviously improve the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt. In particular, the ductility index of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt is inconsistent with that of equivalent brittle point T1.2. The evaluation of low temperature performance of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt should be combined with the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. Physical evaluation. 3. Based on AC-16C asphalt mixture, the pavement performance of Qingchuanyan rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture with different content (6%, 8%, 10%) was studied systematically. The results showed that Qingchuanyan rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture was better than the same type of matrix asphalt mixture and SBS asphalt mixture. In order to ensure the low temperature crack resistance of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture, it is suggested that the content of rock asphalt should not exceed 8%. On this basis, the AC-16C base asphalt mixture and Qingchuan asphalt mixture with the content of 8% should be used. The mix proportion design test of rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture is carried out, which provides technical basis for practical engineering application. 4. Through the paving of the test road of "the major repair project from Huoshenwa to Shenjiadian section in Luoyang border of Xihai Line G207", the construction technology of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt is summarized, and its economic and social benefits are carried out. Evaluation and analysis will play a guiding role in promoting the further popularization and application of Qingchuan rock asphalt.
