基于模糊軟集合的道路線形設(shè)計(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:目前而言,國內(nèi)外對(duì)道路線形評(píng)價(jià)的研究已進(jìn)行得比較深入,相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)理論與評(píng)價(jià)方法靈活多樣。但是截止到目前為止,對(duì)于道路線形質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)劣評(píng)價(jià)較成熟的研究大部分是從線形質(zhì)量的某一個(gè)方面進(jìn)行相關(guān)的分析研究及評(píng)價(jià)。另外就是在道路線形質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立不夠完善,最后由于線性評(píng)價(jià)具有不確定性與確定性的雙重性質(zhì),所以即便是建立起綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,但是由于對(duì)這二者的處理不夠理想造成數(shù)據(jù)的損失。通過采用理論研究與實(shí)際工作相結(jié)合的研究方式,使得我們對(duì)道路線形設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)問題有一個(gè)新的認(rèn)識(shí),不斷優(yōu)化和提高道路線形設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的水平。研究成果在理論方面,將推動(dòng)道路線形設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的理論研究,同時(shí)豐富優(yōu)化道路線形設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用;在現(xiàn)實(shí)方面,可幫助設(shè)計(jì)、管理部門改善其做出的決策,提高方案的合理性和有效性,擴(kuò)大決策范圍。主要的工作內(nèi)容包括以下幾點(diǎn):首先在借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上構(gòu)建出科學(xué)、合理、全面的道路線形設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)值進(jìn)行歸一化處理。其次在分析優(yōu)化模糊軟集合特性的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建出基于模糊軟集合的路線設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后為驗(yàn)證提出的評(píng)價(jià)模型,采用永川雙石至江津塘河段高速公路及重慶繞城高速公路為應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行道路線形評(píng)價(jià),取得的具體研究成果如下所示。對(duì)于道路線形設(shè)計(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)的研究,將其重新劃分為建設(shè)者、使用者、環(huán)境觀點(diǎn)三個(gè)大方面,站在新的角度觀點(diǎn)綜合考慮問題,使得評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取更加全面合理。從建設(shè)者這一新的角度出發(fā),詳細(xì)論述道路建設(shè)者在道路線形設(shè)計(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)中的作用,歸納總結(jié)出了建設(shè)者參與評(píng)價(jià)的新指標(biāo)包括;谑褂谜叩挠^點(diǎn)從而研究提煉出相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并采用定量及定性分析相結(jié)合,參數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷相結(jié)合的兩大方式,即定量指標(biāo)和定性指標(biāo)。通過對(duì)環(huán)境影響的因素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,從而歸納出對(duì)環(huán)境影響的主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并提出了新的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)作為線形評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的一部分,即環(huán)境影響指標(biāo)。將模糊軟集合這一新的概念引入道路工程領(lǐng)域,在模糊軟集合的理論基礎(chǔ)之上,建立起了基于模糊軟集合的路線設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型,該模型可以合理地處理信息的確定性與不確定性,將兩種信息進(jìn)行融合保證了信息的完整性,使評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更加符合道路線形質(zhì)量的實(shí)際情況。最后通過項(xiàng)目的驗(yàn)證表明該評(píng)價(jià)模型是合理可行的。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on road alignment evaluation has been carried out deeply at home and abroad, and the relevant evaluation theory and evaluation methods are flexible and diverse. However, up to now, most of the studies on the evaluation of road alignment quality are related to the analysis and evaluation from a certain aspect of the linear quality. In addition, the establishment of evaluation index system is not perfect in the comprehensive evaluation of road linear quality. Finally, because the linear evaluation has the dual nature of uncertainty and certainty, so even the comprehensive evaluation model is established. However, data loss is caused by the inadequate treatment of the two. Through the combination of theoretical research and practical work, we have a new understanding of road alignment design evaluation, and constantly optimize and improve the level of road alignment design evaluation. In theory, the research results will promote the theoretical research of road alignment design evaluation, and enrich the application in the field of optimizing road alignment design evaluation. In reality, it can help design and management to improve their decision-making. Improve the rationality and effectiveness of the program, expand the scope of decision-making. The main work includes the following points: firstly, a scientific, reasonable and comprehensive evaluation index system of road alignment design is constructed based on the previous research results, and the relevant evaluation index values are normalized. Secondly, the quality evaluation model of route design based on fuzzy soft set is constructed on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of optimized fuzzy soft set. Finally, in order to verify the proposed evaluation model, the highway from Yongchuan Shuangshi to Jiang Jin Tanghe and Chongqing around the city expressway are used to evaluate the road alignment, and the concrete research results are as follows. The comprehensive evaluation of road alignment design is reclassified into three aspects: constructor, user and environmental viewpoint. From a new point of view, the comprehensive evaluation is considered, which makes the selection of evaluation index more comprehensive and reasonable. Starting from the new angle of constructor, this paper discusses in detail the role of road builders in the comprehensive evaluation of road alignment design, and summarizes the new indicators of constructors' participation in evaluation. Based on the user's point of view, the relevant design evaluation indexes are studied and refined, and the quantitative and qualitative analysis, parameter evaluation and empirical judgment are used to combine the quantitative index and the qualitative index. Through the detailed analysis of the factors of environmental impact, the main evaluation indexes of environmental impact are concluded and a new evaluation index is proposed as part of the linear evaluation index system, that is, the environmental impact index. The new concept of fuzzy soft set is introduced into the field of road engineering. Based on the theory of fuzzy soft set, the quality evaluation model of route design based on fuzzy soft set is established. The model can deal with the certainty and uncertainty of the information reasonably. The fusion of the two kinds of information ensures the integrity of the information and makes the evaluation results more in line with the actual situation of road alignment quality. Finally, the project verification shows that the evaluation model is reasonable and feasible.
