瓦斯突出隧道防突安全巖盤厚度計算方法研究

【摘要】:研究目的:在煤與瓦斯突出危險地段進行隧道施工時,安全風險極高,其安全巖盤的設置方法業(yè)已成為規(guī)避施工風險和提高施工工效的一大關鍵技術問題。而目前瓦斯突出工區(qū)防突安全巖盤的留置多依賴于經驗,存在較大的隨意性,急需運用巖土理論并結合施工實踐予以進一步研究和完善。研究結論:(1)本文借鑒類似工點的巖土理論分析、數值模擬研究成果,結合所收集的已有瓦斯突出隧道的防突實踐總結,選擇瓦斯壓力和工程地質條件作為代表性基礎研究指標,提出了防突安全巖盤最小厚度的簡便計算辦法;(2)利用多個典型工程實例,對比驗證了計算方法的可行性;(3)該研究成果將對保障瓦斯隧道突出危險區(qū)的施工安全和提高隧道施工進度發(fā)揮直接指導作用,可為瓦斯突出地段安全巖盤的科學設置提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: the safety risk is very high in the dangerous section of coal and gas outburst, and the setting method of the safety rock plate has become a key technical problem to avoid the construction risk and improve the construction efficiency. At present, the retention of gas outburst prevention and safety rock plates depends on experience, and there is a great deal of arbitrariness. It is urgent to use geotechnical theory and combined with construction practice to further study and improve it. The conclusions are as follows: (1) this paper draws lessons from geotechnical theory analysis of similar sites, numerical simulation research results, combined with the collection of existing gas outburst tunnel anti-outburst practice summary, select gas pressure and engineering geological conditions as the representative basic research indicators. A simple method for calculating the minimum thickness of anti-outburst safe rock plate is proposed. (2) several typical engineering examples are used. The comparison verifies the feasibility of the calculation method. (3) the research results will play a direct guiding role in ensuring the construction safety of the gas tunnel outburst danger area and improving the construction progress of the tunnel. It can provide an important reference for the scientific setting of the safe rock plate in the gas outburst area.
