預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力框架效應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土變截面箱梁橋以其良好的結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能,已成為最常用的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)之一,然而在箱梁頂板中卻普遍存在著縱向開裂的現(xiàn)象。雖然設(shè)置了橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋,但箱梁頂板仍然產(chǎn)生縱向裂縫,這表明設(shè)置的橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋并沒有達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的預(yù)期效果。張拉頂板的橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋后,引起頂板發(fā)生變形,由于箱梁是超靜定結(jié)構(gòu),因此腹板必然會(huì)抵消一部分橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力,形成框架效應(yīng)。頂板作為箱梁承受荷載的重要工作部位,研究橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力受腹板框架效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的削弱作用,對(duì)預(yù)防頂板縱向裂縫具有重要意義。本文主要針對(duì)框架效應(yīng)對(duì)頂板的橫向受力影響,應(yīng)用ANSYS有限元分析軟件以一典型變截面懸臂箱梁橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘敖?shí)體模型,進(jìn)行分析。通過模擬張拉頂板橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力束來研究頂板橫向應(yīng)力的分布規(guī)律,以及框架效應(yīng)在頂板產(chǎn)生的影響。同時(shí),研究了三種布置方法的橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋在腹板框架效應(yīng)下受到的削弱作用,通過對(duì)比分析結(jié)果得出框架效應(yīng)對(duì)頂板橫向應(yīng)力產(chǎn)生削弱作用的規(guī)律。最后,以舞陽河大橋?yàn)楸尘敖?shí)橋模型進(jìn)行有限元分析,研究分別在偏心預(yù)加力作用、結(jié)構(gòu)自重作用以及在車輛荷載作用下頂板橫向應(yīng)力的分布規(guī)律。頂板橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力的儲(chǔ)備應(yīng)力值能否抵抗頂板的縱向裂縫產(chǎn)生,并對(duì)橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力的布置和設(shè)計(jì)提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete variable section box girder bridge has become one of the most commonly used bridge structures because of its good structural mechanical properties. However, longitudinal cracking is common in the box girder roof. Although the transverse prestressed steel bar is installed, the roof of the box girder still produces longitudinal cracks, which indicates that the transverse prestressed steel bar has not achieved the expected effect in the design. Because the box girder is a statically indeterminate structure, the web must offset a part of the transverse prestressing force and form the frame effect. As an important working position of box girder subjected to load, it is of great significance to study the weakening effect of transverse prestress caused by web frame effect to prevent the longitudinal crack of roof. This paper mainly aims at the influence of frame effect on the transverse force of roof, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to build a solid model of a typical cantilever box girder bridge with variable cross section as the engineering background, and analyze it. The transverse stress distribution of roof and the influence of frame effect on roof are studied by simulating the transverse prestress of tensioned roof. At the same time, the weakening effect of the transverse prestressed tendons of three kinds of arrangement methods under the web frame effect is studied, and the law of the frame effect on the transverse stress of the roof is obtained by comparing and analyzing the results. Finally, based on the real bridge model of Wuyang River Bridge, the finite element analysis is carried out, and the distribution of roof transverse stress under the action of eccentricity preloading, structural deadweight and vehicle load is studied respectively. Whether the reserve stress value of transverse prestress of roof can resist the longitudinal crack of roof is possible, and some suggestions on the arrangement and design of transverse prestress are put forward.
