【摘要】：為了解決瀝青混合料高溫性能不足的問(wèn)題,研究了礦質(zhì)混合料性能對(duì)瀝青混合料動(dòng)態(tài)模量的影響.以AC-20C型瀝青混合料為背景,根據(jù)貝雷法3個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了礦質(zhì)混合料配合比正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),得到9種不同的礦質(zhì)混合料級(jí)配,并以加州承載比(California bearing ratio,CBR)和振實(shí)間隙率為指標(biāo),對(duì)礦質(zhì)混合料性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),從中選出礦質(zhì)混合料性能差異明顯的3種級(jí)配,進(jìn)行了瀝青混合料的配合比設(shè)計(jì).進(jìn)而在不同溫度和加載頻率條件下,開(kāi)展了3種級(jí)配瀝青混合料的動(dòng)態(tài)模量試驗(yàn).依據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析了礦質(zhì)混合料性能對(duì)瀝青混合料動(dòng)態(tài)模量的影響.研究表明:高溫條件下礦質(zhì)混合料性能對(duì)瀝青混合料的動(dòng)態(tài)模量有較大影響,低溫時(shí)礦質(zhì)混合料性能對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)模量的影響不明顯.通過(guò)優(yōu)化礦質(zhì)混合料性能,可以顯著改善瀝青混合料的高溫性能.具有較高CBR值和較低振實(shí)間隙率的礦質(zhì)混合料,對(duì)應(yīng)的瀝青混合料具有較好的高溫性能.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of insufficient high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the influence of mineral mixture performance on dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture was studied. Taking AC-20C asphalt mixture as the background, according to three parameters of Bayley method, the orthogonal design of mixture ratio of mineral mixture is carried out. Nine different gradation of mineral mixture are obtained, and the California bearing ratio (California bearing ratioCBR) and the ratio of vibrational void are taken as indexes. The performance of mineral mixture was evaluated and three gradation of mineral mixture with obvious difference in performance were selected and the mix ratio of asphalt mixture was designed. Furthermore, dynamic modulus tests of three graded asphalt mixtures were carried out at different temperatures and loading frequencies. Based on the test results, the influence of mineral mixture performance on the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture is analyzed. The results show that the performance of mineral mixture has great influence on the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture under the condition of high temperature, but the influence of the performance of mineral mixture on dynamic modulus is not obvious at low temperature. By optimizing the performance of mineral mixture, the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture can be improved significantly. The asphalt mixture with higher CBR value and lower vibrational void ratio has better high temperature performance.
