新疆干旱地區(qū)粗粒土路基強度衰減對路面耐久性的影響研究

【摘要】:路基是路面結(jié)構(gòu)層的重要組成,承受道路表面?zhèn)鬟f下來的車輛荷載,是路面結(jié)構(gòu)層的基礎(chǔ)。路基強度對路面耐久性和道路穩(wěn)定性有直接影響。根據(jù)對國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有道路的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),由路基導(dǎo)致的路面前期破壞占到60%。另外,在路面的破壞中,一般還會與強度不高,壓實度不足,路基積水,超載等有關(guān),并且,在后期的修復(fù)會產(chǎn)生很高的費用,對道路耐久性產(chǎn)生重要影響。本文重點對新疆干旱地區(qū)粗粒土的分布與顆粒組成及受力后力學(xué)特性變化特征等系統(tǒng)的進行了研究。選取新疆干旱地區(qū)典型路段作為試驗路,系統(tǒng)分析了土質(zhì)、含水量及壓實度等因素對路基強度的影響程度,得到相應(yīng)的函數(shù)關(guān)系。另外,為了能夠方便快捷的檢測路基強度,通過回歸分析建立了回彈彎沉和回彈模量的函數(shù)關(guān)系,并利用統(tǒng)計學(xué)推薦了回彈模量值。路基承受道路表面?zhèn)鬟f下的行車荷載,路面結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變等。如果路基沒有足夠的強度,在車輛荷載的反復(fù)作用下,路面結(jié)構(gòu)將會產(chǎn)生變形,路面將產(chǎn)生車轍、開裂,不均勻沉降等病害,疲勞壽命降低,使用年限降低。利用bisar3.0程序,根據(jù)新疆干旱地區(qū)粗粒土的回彈模量測試結(jié)果和實際的軸載情況,針對新疆干旱地區(qū)粗粒士路基強度衰減后和超載情況共同作用下對路面結(jié)構(gòu)受力特征的影響程度進行了系統(tǒng)研究,分析基層層底拉應(yīng)力、基層表面壓應(yīng)變、路表彎沉的變化規(guī)律,明確路面結(jié)構(gòu)層在路基強度衰減和超載條件下的受力性能。同時,利用破壞接近度理論評價了新建和衰減后的路面結(jié)構(gòu)的平衡性,為設(shè)計受力平衡的路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式提供一種方法。
[Abstract]:Subgrade is an important component of pavement structure layer. It is the foundation of pavement structure layer to bear the vehicle load transferred from the road surface. Subgrade strength has direct influence on pavement durability and road stability. According to the investigation of the existing roads in China, the early damage caused by the roadbed accounts for 60%. In addition, in the damage of road surface, it is generally related to low strength, insufficient compaction, stagnant subgrade, overload and so on. Moreover, the repair in the later period will have a high cost, which will have an important impact on the durability of the road. In this paper, the distribution and particle composition of coarse grained soil in arid area of Xinjiang and the variation characteristics of mechanical properties after loading are studied. In this paper, the influence of soil quality, water content and compaction on the strength of roadbed is systematically analyzed, and the corresponding functional relationship is obtained. In addition, in order to detect the strength of roadbed conveniently and quickly, the functional relationship between springback deflection and modulus of springback is established by regression analysis, and the value of rebound modulus is recommended by statistics. The roadbed bears the traffic load transmitted by the road surface, and the stress and strain are generated in the pavement structure. If the subgrade does not have enough strength, under the repeated action of the vehicle load, the pavement structure will produce deformation, the pavement will produce rutting, cracking, uneven settlement and other diseases, the fatigue life will be reduced, and the service life will be reduced. According to the results of the elastic modulus test and the actual axial load of coarse grained soil in arid area of Xinjiang, the bisar3.0 program is used. In view of the influence of intensity attenuation of coarse grained subgrade and overload on the stress characteristics of pavement structure in arid area of Xinjiang, the influence degree of the stress on pavement structure is systematically studied, and the tensile stress and compressive strain on the surface of base course are analyzed. The variation law of pavement surface deflection and the mechanical performance of pavement structure layer under the condition of roadbed strength attenuation and overload. At the same time, the equilibrium of the new and attenuated pavement structure is evaluated by using the theory of damage proximity, which provides a method for designing the pavement structure with balanced force.
