帶加勁肋的圓端形夾層板橋墩防撞套箱受力分析
[Abstract]:The pier with round end head is one of the common pier forms. In order to discuss the influence of different forms and number of stiffening ribs on the anti-collision performance of this kind of round end pier, the numerical calculation method is adopted in order to discuss the influence of different forms and number of stiffening ribs on the anti-collision performance of this kind of circular end-shaped pier when adopting sandwich plate anti-collision sleeve box. Through the static equivalent load mode, the stress and deformation of the outer steel plate in the sandwich plate anti-collision box with different number of horizontal stiffeners and vertical stiffeners are compared and analyzed under the most unfavorable positive impact. The results show that both horizontal stiffener and vertical stiffener can effectively reduce the stress of the sandwich plate at the impact point of the collision box, but the stress reduction degree of the outer steel plate is different. The degree of stress reduction in different directions of the same position is also different, and the vertical stiffening rib can effectively reduce the vertical and horizontal (horizontal) stresses of the steel plate outside the sandwich plate at the impact point of the collision box. The horizontal stiffening rib can only effectively reduce the vertical stress of the outer steel plate and the transverse stress of the inner steel plate at the impact point of the crash-proof sleeve box, but the other stresses are not obvious. The degree of stress reduction in both directions of the vertical stiffener on the outer layer of the sandwich plate at the impact point is greater than that of the horizontal stiffener, but for the inner steel plate, The horizontal stiffener reduces the transverse stress at the impact point more than the vertical stress, and setting too many horizontal stiffeners or vertical stiffeners is not obvious to improve the force and deformation of the impact box, but increases the weight and cost. However, due to the random impact point in reality, stiffening ribs of certain density, especially vertical stiffeners, should be set up, but horizontal stiffeners should not be set up.
