【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國對外貿(mào)易蓬勃發(fā)展,與此同時,中國的高速公路建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展。本文利用1997~2014年的中國省級對外貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)和海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)以及交通數(shù)據(jù),從基本的貿(mào)易引力模型出發(fā),對出口貿(mào)易和交通設(shè)施質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系進行了分析,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)提高基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施質(zhì)量對出口貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了顯著影響。以高速公路為代表的高質(zhì)量公路與以其他公路(低質(zhì)量公路)之間的貿(mào)易流量的距離彈性的差異在0.26~0.70之間。對于高速公路建設(shè)的內(nèi)生性問題,使用1958年的鐵路里程數(shù)據(jù)作為工具變量進行了處理。作為穩(wěn)健性檢驗,分析了一級、二級公路的發(fā)展與出口之間的關(guān)系,得到相似的結(jié)果。結(jié)論表明,修建高速公路可以促進一國對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has flourished, at the same time, China's highway construction has developed rapidly. Based on the provincial foreign trade data, customs data and traffic data of China from 1997 to 2014, this paper analyzes the relationship between export trade and transport facilities quality based on the basic trade gravity model. It is found that improving the quality of infrastructure has a significant impact on export trade. The distance elasticity difference between high quality highway and other highway (low quality highway) is between 0.26 and 0.70. For the endogenous problem of highway construction, the railway mileage data of 1958 are used as tool variables. As a robust test, the relationship between the development of the first and second class highways and the export is analyzed, and the similar results are obtained. The conclusion shows that the construction of expressway can promote the development of a country's foreign trade.
