武漢市綠色交通與綠道建設(shè)融合模式研究

【摘要】:隨著城市規(guī)模的迅速擴(kuò)張,居民的出行特征也隨之發(fā)生了改變。出行交通方式的多樣化,出行越來(lái)越追求便捷化。交通系統(tǒng)的快速發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題已愈顯嚴(yán)重。要想建成生態(tài)宜居武漢,必須要大力發(fā)展綠色交通,緩解交通擁堵,減少交通對(duì)城市環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響。同時(shí),大力建設(shè)包括綠道在內(nèi)的城市綠地系統(tǒng),改善和美化環(huán)境。據(jù)此,我們可以看到,綠色交通和城市綠道建設(shè)是改善城市環(huán)境的重要措施,兩者相輔相成,如果能夠處理好他們之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)城市環(huán)境的改善將起到事半功倍的作用。綠色交通和綠道是目前武漢市的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展對(duì)象,基于兩者有著很多相似屬性,本論文對(duì)二者進(jìn)行融合研究。主要研究工作和成果如下:(1)從武漢市土地資源、生活環(huán)境、交通換乘三方面對(duì)二者融合的必要性進(jìn)行分析;從地理?xiàng)l件、空間布局、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素三方面對(duì)二者融合的可行性進(jìn)行分析。(2)對(duì)武漢市綠色交通和綠道建設(shè)融合現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建五類(lèi)融合模式:步行綠道、自行車(chē)綠道、自行車(chē)與步行共用綠道、常規(guī)公交綠道、綜合型交通綠道。(3)結(jié)合武漢市綠道規(guī)劃資料、道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、軌道交通規(guī)劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖得出武漢市綠道換乘網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖;對(duì)現(xiàn)有微循環(huán)公交規(guī)劃進(jìn)行改進(jìn),促進(jìn)綠道的交通功能。從綠帶的隔離形式上對(duì)慢行交通綠道進(jìn)行分類(lèi)設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)綜合交通綠道根據(jù)常規(guī)公交綠道、自行車(chē)綠道、人行綠道三者從左到右的排列順序做出三種設(shè)計(jì)模式。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造性提出公交綠道地基下沉這一特殊的設(shè)計(jì)模式。(4)從法律保障、財(cái)政保障、土地保障、經(jīng)營(yíng)保障、機(jī)構(gòu)保障這五方面提出了這一規(guī)劃模式得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的保障體系以及其長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。建立公眾參與的有效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of urban scale, residents' travel characteristics have also changed. With the diversification of travel modes, the pursuit of travel is becoming more and more convenient. With the rapid development of traffic system, the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more serious. In order to build an eco-livable Wuhan, it is necessary to develop green traffic, ease traffic congestion and reduce the negative impact of traffic on the urban environment. At the same time, the construction of urban green space system, including green roads, to improve and beautify the environment. Therefore, we can see that green traffic and urban green road construction are important measures to improve urban environment. If they can deal with the relationship between them, the improvement of urban environment will play a double effect with half the effort. Green traffic and green road are the key development objects in Wuhan at present. The main research work and results are as follows: (1) the necessity of the integration of land resources, living environment and transportation transfer in Wuhan is analyzed; The feasibility of the integration of the two is analyzed from three aspects of economic factors. (2) the present situation of green traffic and green road construction in Wuhan is analyzed, and five kinds of fusion modes are constructed: walking green road, bicycle and walking common green road. Conventional public transportation green road, comprehensive traffic green road. (3) combined with Wuhan green road planning data, road network map, rail transit planning network map to obtain Wuhan green road transfer network map, improve the existing microcirculation bus planning, Promote the traffic function of green road. The classification design of slow-moving traffic green road is carried out from the form of isolation of green belt. According to the regular bus green road, the bicycle green road and the pedestrian green road, three design modes are made for the comprehensive traffic green road, which are arranged from left to right. On this basis, the paper creatively puts forward the special design mode of the foundation sinking of the green road of public transport. (4) from the aspects of legal security, financial security, land security, management guarantee, The five aspects of institutional security put forward the guarantee system and its long-term development goal. Establish an effective mechanism for public participation.
