滾筒干燥器能耗分析及參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)熱拌混凝土生產(chǎn)過程中物料加熱、干燥能耗高等問題,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了滾筒內(nèi)揚(yáng)料葉片結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)料簾分布特性的影響,對(duì)滾筒干燥器和料簾進(jìn)行離散元仿真建模,實(shí)現(xiàn)揚(yáng)料葉片齒間距、寬度、折彎角最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化計(jì)算后得到齒間距為39mm、葉片寬度為40mm、折彎角為128°。構(gòu)建能耗預(yù)測(cè)支持向量機(jī)模型,能耗預(yù)測(cè)誤差為±5%,實(shí)現(xiàn)滾筒干燥過程操作和生產(chǎn)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of high energy consumption and heating of materials in hot mix concrete production, the influence of the structural parameters of lifting blade on the material curtain distribution characteristics in the drum is analyzed experimentally, and the discrete element simulation model of the drum dryer and curtain is carried out. The optimum design of tooth spacing, width and bending angle of lifting blade is realized. After optimized calculation, the tooth spacing is 39 mm, blade width is 40 mm, and bending angle is 128 擄. The energy consumption prediction support vector machine model is constructed, and the energy consumption prediction error is 鹵5, which realizes the optimization of the operation and production parameters of the drum drying process.
