【摘要】：為研究管片密封墊防水試驗中不同裝置材料下密封墊性能的差異,采用彈性力學理論對鋼制裝置和混凝土裝置下密封墊的耐水壓力和裝配力進行研究。以管片接縫密封中常用的三元乙丙密封墊為研究對象,對鋼制裝置和混凝土裝置下的密封墊進行防水試驗,研究2種不同裝置下密封墊的裝配力和耐水壓力與張開量的關系。研究結果表明:1)鋼制裝置下密封墊的豎向應力比混凝土裝置下密封墊的豎向應力大,導致其耐水壓力高于混凝土裝置;2)2種裝置得出的裝配力-張開量和耐水壓力-張開量曲線變化規(guī)律相似;3)采用鋼制裝置代替混凝土裝置進行混凝土管片密封墊的防水試驗時,應將張開量減小一定的數值;4)在密封墊的防水試驗中應盡量采用混凝土裝置進行測試;5)采用鋼制裝置代替混凝土裝置進行混凝土管片密封墊耐水壓力測試時,應對試驗數據進行平移轉換。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of the performance of seal gasket under different equipment materials in the waterproof test of segment seal gasket, the water pressure and assembly force of seal gasket under steel and concrete devices were studied by elastic mechanics theory. Taking the ternary ethylene-propylene gasket, which is commonly used in segment joint sealing, as the research object, the waterproofing test was carried out on the gasket under the steel and concrete devices, and the relationship between the assembly force and water resistance pressure and the opening quantity of the gasket under two different devices was studied. The results show that the vertical stress of the gasket under the steel device is greater than that under the concrete device. As a result, its water resistance pressure is higher than that of concrete device (2) the assembly force, opening quantity and water resistance pressure curve obtained by two kinds of devices are similar to each other (3) when steel device is used instead of concrete device to carry out waterproof test of concrete segment seal gasket, The opening should be reduced by a certain value (4) the concrete device should be used as far as possible in the waterproofing test of the gasket, and the steel device should be used instead of the concrete device to test the water pressure of the sealing pad of the concrete segment. Translation of test data shall be performed.
