盾構(gòu)壁后注漿體在不同地層中固結(jié)排水試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為分析盾構(gòu)壁后注漿過程中不同類型的漿體在不同地層中固結(jié)排水規(guī)律的差異,采用自制的漿體固結(jié)排水試驗(yàn)裝置,模擬盾構(gòu)壁后注漿體的固結(jié)排水過程,對惰性漿、硬性漿和厚漿3種典型漿體在不同地層中的固結(jié)排水規(guī)律展開研究。結(jié)果表明:1)在粉質(zhì)黏土地層中,漿體的固結(jié)排水速度主要由漿體中水分入滲的難易程度決定;2)在粉細(xì)砂地層中,漿體的固結(jié)排水速度主要取決于漿體的保水性和抗水分散性;3)在滲透系數(shù)較大的粗砂地層中,固結(jié)初期漿體顆粒間的黏結(jié)作用對漿體的固結(jié)排水速度影響較大,固結(jié)完成后漿體的強(qiáng)度受漿體中膠凝材料的影響較大、受地層滲透系數(shù)的影響較小;4)硬性漿固結(jié)完成后的7 d強(qiáng)度較3 d強(qiáng)度增加了30%,惰性漿和厚漿固結(jié)完成后強(qiáng)度隨時(shí)間變化較小。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the difference of consolidation and drainage law of different types of slurry in different strata during the process of post-grouting of shield machine, the self-made slurry consolidation and drainage test device was used to simulate the consolidation and drainage process of grouting body after shield tunneling. The consolidation and drainage laws of three typical types of slurry in different strata are studied. The results show that in silty clay formation, the velocity of consolidation and drainage of slurry is mainly determined by the difficulty of water infiltration in slurry. The consolidation and drainage speed of the slurry mainly depends on the water retention and water dispersibility of the slurry. In the coarse sand formation with high permeability coefficient, the effect of the adhesion between the slurry particles on the consolidation and drainage velocity of the slurry in the early stage of consolidation is greater. The strength of the paste after consolidation is greatly affected by the cementitious material in the paste. The influence of formation permeability coefficient is small (4) the strength of 7 days after consolidation is 30 days higher than that of 3 days, and the strength of inert slurry and thick slurry is less varying with time after the completion of consolidation.
