寒區(qū)機(jī)場水泥混凝土道面剩余壽命評估預(yù)測研究
[Abstract]:Most of the airports in China are cement concrete pavement airports. Many airports are built earlier than others. Due to the combined effect of environmental factors and aircraft loads, the airport pavement has been seriously damaged. In the cold area of the airport pavement, due to worse environmental factors, damage is more serious. Evaluating and forecasting the remaining service life of airport pavement is the basis for airport maintenance and reconstruction. Periodic evaluation and prediction can avoid the occurrence of major hazards such as sudden rupture of the pavement surface and ensure the safe take-off and landing of the aircraft. In this paper, based on the field investigation data of airport in cold area, the finite element model of airport pavement is constructed, and the residual service life of airport cement concrete pavement is calculated based on different principles. According to the field detection data, the finite element model of the airport pavement is established, and the stress analysis is carried out. According to the inverse design method proposed in the specification, the residual service life of the airport pavement is calculated, and the sensitivity of the calculation method to the thickness of the track panel is proved, as well as the problems existing in the evaluation model are proved, and the problems in this method are proved. The original calculation method is improved by introducing the theory of traffic coverage. Aiming at the problems existing in the inverse design method, the residual life of the computer field pavement is determined by the cumulative damage principle. According to the damage characteristics of the airport pavement in cold area, the residual strength of the road surface is determined by using the actual detection data of the airport pavement. Thus, the original calculation method is improved.
