寒區(qū)機(jī)場(chǎng)水泥混凝土道面剩余壽命評(píng)估預(yù)測(cè)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)目前的機(jī)場(chǎng)大多數(shù)是水泥混凝土道面機(jī)場(chǎng)。許多機(jī)場(chǎng)修建年限都比較早,在環(huán)境因素和飛機(jī)荷載的共同作用下,機(jī)場(chǎng)道面已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的破損現(xiàn)象。位于寒區(qū)的機(jī)場(chǎng)道面,由于更加惡劣的環(huán)境因素,破損現(xiàn)象更加嚴(yán)重。評(píng)估預(yù)測(cè)機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的剩余使用壽命,是機(jī)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行維修改建的依據(jù),定期進(jìn)行評(píng)估預(yù)測(cè),可以避免道面板突然斷裂等重大危害的發(fā)生,保障飛機(jī)的安全起降。本文根據(jù)寒區(qū)機(jī)場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的有限元模型,然后分別基于不同的原理計(jì)算了機(jī)場(chǎng)水泥混凝土道面的剩余使用壽命。統(tǒng)計(jì)不同寒區(qū)機(jī)場(chǎng)的病害數(shù)據(jù),分析其道面病害原因;根據(jù)機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),建立了機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的有限元模型,并進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分析。根據(jù)規(guī)范提出的逆設(shè)計(jì)法計(jì)算機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的剩余使用壽命,證明了計(jì)算方法對(duì)道面板厚的敏感性,以及評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)型存在的問(wèn)題,證明該方法存在問(wèn)題,引入通行覆蓋率理論對(duì)原有的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。針對(duì)逆設(shè)計(jì)法存在的問(wèn)題,采用累積損傷原理計(jì)算機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的剩余使用壽命,根據(jù)寒區(qū)機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的破壞特點(diǎn),利用機(jī)場(chǎng)道面的實(shí)際檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)確定道面的剩余強(qiáng)度,從而對(duì)原有的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Most of the airports in China are cement concrete pavement airports. Many airports are built earlier than others. Due to the combined effect of environmental factors and aircraft loads, the airport pavement has been seriously damaged. In the cold area of the airport pavement, due to worse environmental factors, damage is more serious. Evaluating and forecasting the remaining service life of airport pavement is the basis for airport maintenance and reconstruction. Periodic evaluation and prediction can avoid the occurrence of major hazards such as sudden rupture of the pavement surface and ensure the safe take-off and landing of the aircraft. In this paper, based on the field investigation data of airport in cold area, the finite element model of airport pavement is constructed, and the residual service life of airport cement concrete pavement is calculated based on different principles. According to the field detection data, the finite element model of the airport pavement is established, and the stress analysis is carried out. According to the inverse design method proposed in the specification, the residual service life of the airport pavement is calculated, and the sensitivity of the calculation method to the thickness of the track panel is proved, as well as the problems existing in the evaluation model are proved, and the problems in this method are proved. The original calculation method is improved by introducing the theory of traffic coverage. Aiming at the problems existing in the inverse design method, the residual life of the computer field pavement is determined by the cumulative damage principle. According to the damage characteristics of the airport pavement in cold area, the residual strength of the road surface is determined by using the actual detection data of the airport pavement. Thus, the original calculation method is improved.
