公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況評價研究

【摘要】:我國公路隧道數量與規(guī)模的逐漸擴大為公眾出行帶來了巨大便利,同時,隧道的特殊構造給隧道的運營管理帶來了挑戰(zhàn),尤其是隧道發(fā)生火災或者其他災害性突發(fā)事件時,隧道狹長的空間限制會造成嚴重危險,安全形勢嚴峻。隧道根據自身的特點配備了相應不同規(guī)模的機電系統(tǒng),成為了公路隧道正常運營的重要支撐,那么機電系統(tǒng)的運行狀態(tài)的檢測與評估也成為了隧道的運營管理部門關注的重點問題。研究公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)評價方法,對全面了解隧道的運營狀況、發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決隧道機電系統(tǒng)的安全隱患,提高隧道的運營維護水平具有非常重要的意義。本文以評價公路隧道技術狀況為目標,首先廣泛參考國家、行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的技術規(guī)范、工程設計資料,梳理并總結了公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)的概況;同時廣泛參閱文獻資料,總結了綜合評價系統(tǒng)理論知識。在此基礎上分析隧道機電系統(tǒng)評價需求,構建符合要求的公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況評價指標體系層次結構,并結合隧道機電系統(tǒng)基本配置特點,給出了公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況評價基本指標體系。其次,在考慮到隧道機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況的實測特點,在評價指標體系結構上,探討機電檢測項目與評價指標之間的關聯(lián),從而建立了公路隧道機電設備的可靠性模型、公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)子系統(tǒng)有效度評價模型、公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)整體有效度評價模型。并且指出了機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況定量評價中涉及到的關鍵方法—指標權重與完好率估算方法。最后以四川省華鎣山隧道機電檢測為例,對所建立的公路隧道機電設備的可靠性模型、公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)子系統(tǒng)有效度評價模型、公路隧道機電系統(tǒng)整體有效度評價模型進行了實例計算分析。結果表明,構建的機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況評價模型科學、合理,具備操作性,能夠從整體與個體對隧道機電系統(tǒng)技術狀況進行定量描述,反映隧道機電系統(tǒng)的真實運營維護狀況。
[Abstract]:The gradual expansion of the number and scale of highway tunnels in China has brought great convenience for the public to travel. At the same time, the special construction of tunnels has brought challenges to the operation and management of tunnels, especially when the tunnel fires or other catastrophic emergencies occur. The tunnel narrow space restriction will cause serious danger, the security situation is grim. According to its own characteristics, tunnels are equipped with corresponding electromechanical systems of different scales, which has become an important support for the normal operation of highway tunnels. So the inspection and evaluation of the operating state of the electromechanical system has also become the key issue of the tunnel operation management department. It is of great significance to study the evaluation method of highway tunnel electromechanical system operation condition, find out and solve the hidden danger of tunnel electromechanical system, and improve the level of tunnel operation and maintenance. In order to evaluate the technical situation of highway tunnel, this paper firstly extensively refers to the current technical specifications of the country, the industry, the engineering design data, combs and summarizes the general situation of the mechanical and electrical system of the highway tunnel, and at the same time, extensively refers to the literature. The theoretical knowledge of comprehensive evaluation system is summarized. On this basis, the evaluation requirements of tunnel electromechanical system are analyzed, and the hierarchy structure of evaluation index system of highway tunnel electromechanical system is constructed, and the basic configuration characteristics of tunnel electromechanical system are combined. The basic index system for evaluating the technical condition of highway tunnel electromechanical system is presented. Secondly, considering the measured characteristics of tunnel electromechanical system technology and the structure of evaluation index system, the relationship between electromechanical inspection items and evaluation indexes is discussed, and the reliability model of highway tunnel electromechanical equipment is established. The effectiveness evaluation model of highway tunnel mechanical and electrical system subsystem and the overall efficiency evaluation model of highway tunnel electromechanical system. The paper also points out the key methods in quantitative evaluation of the technical status of electromechanical system, I. e., the index weight and the method of estimating the integrity rate. Finally, taking Huayingshan tunnel of Sichuan province as an example, the reliability model of highway tunnel electromechanical equipment and the evaluation model of the effectiveness of the subsystem of highway tunnel electromechanical system are established. The evaluation model of overall effectiveness of mechanical and electrical system of highway tunnel is calculated and analyzed by an example. The results show that the evaluation model is scientific, reasonable and operable. It can describe the technical situation of tunnel electromechanical system quantitatively from the whole and individual, and reflect the true operation and maintenance of tunnel electromechanical system.
