軟土地基環(huán)境下的公路工程施工處理

【摘要】:首先對軟土地基公路工程表層施工處理、粉噴樁加固、豎向排水等方法進行了分析,并以吉林某軟土地基公路工程施工處理為例,對該公路軟土地基的施工處理進行分析研究,為減小沉降趨于嚴重,施工單位采用三種技術(shù)措施,分別為路基中部填筑石灰土技術(shù)、減小路堤荷載技術(shù)、工后修補技術(shù)。工程對路基施工完后的沉降進行測試,以k10+285段的數(shù)據(jù)進行沉降分析,工程工后沉降量≤25 cm,不均勻沉降最大值為4.0 cm,工后容許沉降量符合《公路軟土地基路堤設(shè)計與施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》。通過增設(shè)排水設(shè)施,使飽和軟粘土快速固結(jié)。通過碎石樁體和注漿管分別完成低壓注漿和高壓注漿,排水通過砂墊層施工法完成,為順利排水,砂石材料砂粒徑要不小于0.70 mm,砂石含量要不大于墊層的14.5%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the surface construction treatment, powder jet pile reinforcement and vertical drainage of soft foundation highway engineering are analyzed firstly, and the construction treatment of soft soil foundation in Jilin Province is taken as an example to analyze and study the construction treatment of soft soil foundation of this highway. In order to reduce the severity of settlement, three kinds of technical measures were adopted in the construction unit, namely, the technology of filling lime soil in the middle of subgrade, the technology of reducing the load of embankment, and the technology of repairing after construction.
