基于正交設(shè)計(jì)的半敞開式隧道火災(zāi)模型試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了研究豎井不同尺寸參數(shù)組合變化時(shí),自然通風(fēng)半敞開式隧道發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)的防排煙性能,文章設(shè)計(jì)并開展了一系列小尺寸模型試驗(yàn),選取豎井寬度、高度、組間距以及每組豎井?dāng)?shù)量作為可控因子,選擇頂棚附近最高煙氣溫度、煙氣擴(kuò)散速率和煙氣沉降速率作為考核指標(biāo),分別得到了降低頂棚附近最高煙氣溫度、減小煙氣蔓延速率和煙氣沉降速率的豎井優(yōu)化方案。研究結(jié)果表明,各工況頂棚附近最高煙氣溫度均小于100℃,豎井寬度對頂棚附近最高煙氣溫度影響最大,而豎井高度對煙氣擴(kuò)散速率和煙氣沉降速率影響均比較大,豎井組間距對煙氣擴(kuò)散速率影響顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to study the smoke prevention and exhaust performance of natural ventilation semi-open tunnel when the combination of different size parameters of shaft is changed, a series of small-scale model tests are designed and carried out in this paper, and the width and height of shaft are selected. The maximum flue gas temperature near the ceiling, the smoke diffusion rate and the flue gas sedimentation rate are selected as the assessment indexes, and the maximum flue gas temperature near the ceiling is obtained. Optimization scheme of shaft to reduce flue gas spread rate and flue gas subsidence rate. The results show that the maximum flue gas temperature near the ceiling is less than 100 鈩,
