四川省高速公路電子不停車收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著高速公路通行量快速上升,收費(fèi)站日漸擁堵,擁堵時(shí)間日漸延長(zhǎng),收費(fèi)站已成為高速公路通行的瓶頸。以擴(kuò)建收費(fèi)站,增加出入口車道解決以上問(wèn)題,不僅投入大,占用大量寶貴的土地資源,對(duì)于收費(fèi)站服務(wù)能力的提升也有限。電子不停車系統(tǒng)由于具有便捷、快速、安全等特性,已被發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家及國(guó)內(nèi)沿海地區(qū)廣泛應(yīng)用。該系統(tǒng)不僅可以降低交通管理的成本,節(jié)約交通系統(tǒng)管理者的人力,它還可以解決收費(fèi)站擁堵的問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)通過(guò)車輛的快速通行。系統(tǒng)是由電子計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和信息化技術(shù)推動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生的,是高效快捷的路橋收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)電子不停車收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的研究,對(duì)緩解收費(fèi)站擁堵、節(jié)約土地資源等有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本論文是針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,以電子不停車收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)為主要的研究對(duì)象,在深入分析人工收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)電子不停車系統(tǒng)的硬件系統(tǒng)及軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)并通過(guò)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施實(shí)現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)。主要內(nèi)容為:1.文章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了ETC的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架,硬件構(gòu)成及硬件布局。根據(jù)四川省高速公路收費(fèi)的特點(diǎn),提出了自動(dòng)欄桿前置、單車通行、單車交易的收費(fèi)模式。由車輛行駛速度、系統(tǒng)設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)間等計(jì)算出了ETC車道的有效距離。2.文章介紹了DSRC協(xié)議、路側(cè)設(shè)備技術(shù)及電子標(biāo)簽技術(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)ETC系統(tǒng)的分析,提出了采用5.8GHz專用短程無(wú)線通信技術(shù)來(lái)完成路RSU與OBU之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信。3.對(duì)四川省ETC系統(tǒng)收費(fèi)及結(jié)算方式進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括收費(fèi)方式、車輛分類、支付形式、清分結(jié)算及票務(wù)與稅務(wù)管理等方面。4.通過(guò)對(duì)四川省ETC系統(tǒng)的需求分析,對(duì)路段應(yīng)用軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。文章對(duì)出入口車輛的處理流程進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)代碼實(shí)現(xiàn)了各流程。5.分析了鄰道干擾和跟車干擾問(wèn)題的原因,提出了解決干擾問(wèn)題的方案。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施、測(cè)試、試運(yùn)行等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了ETC系統(tǒng)在四川省高速公路的應(yīng)用。ETC系統(tǒng)的試運(yùn)行,提高了四川省高速公路收費(fèi)站的通行效率,緩解了收費(fèi)站的通行壓力,節(jié)省了車輛通過(guò)收費(fèi)站的時(shí)間。同時(shí),為全國(guó)高速公路聯(lián)網(wǎng)收費(fèi)做好了準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of freeway traffic, toll stations become increasingly congested and congestion time is prolonged. Toll stations have become the bottleneck of expressway traffic. To expand the toll station and increase the access lane to solve the above problems, not only invest a lot, occupy a lot of valuable land resources, but also improve the service capacity of the toll station is limited. Electronic non-stop system has been widely used in developed countries and coastal areas because of its convenience, speed and safety. The system can not only reduce the cost of traffic management and save the manpower of traffic system managers, but also solve the problem of congestion in toll stations and realize the rapid passage of vehicles. The system is driven by computer technology and information technology. It is an efficient and fast toll collection system. Through the research of electronic non-stop toll collection system, it is of great significance to alleviate the congestion of toll stations and save land resources. Aiming at the above problems, this paper takes the electronic non-stop toll system as the main research object, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the manual toll system, The hardware system and software system of electronic non-stop system are designed and implemented. The main content is: 1. This paper briefly introduces the system structure, hardware structure and hardware layout of etc. According to the characteristics of highway toll collection in Sichuan province, this paper puts forward the charging mode of automatic railing front, bicycle traffic and bicycle transaction. The effective distance of etc lane is calculated from vehicle speed and system equipment running time. This paper introduces DSRC protocol, road side equipment technology and electronic label technology. Based on the analysis of etc system, a 5.8GHz special short-range wireless communication technology is proposed to complete the data communication between RSU and OBU. This paper designs the charge and settlement method of etc system in Sichuan province, including charge method, vehicle classification, payment form, settlement, ticketing and tax administration, and so on. Based on the requirement analysis of etc system in Sichuan province, the application software of road section is designed. The paper designs the processing flow of the vehicle at the entrance and exit, and realizes each flow. 5. 5 by code. This paper analyzes the causes of adjacent channel interference and vehicle-following interference, and puts forward a scheme to solve the interference problem. Through the design, implementation, test and trial operation of the system, etc., the trial operation of etc system in Sichuan expressway is realized, the efficiency of toll collection station of Sichuan expressway is improved, and the traffic pressure of toll station is alleviated. The passage time of the vehicle through the toll station is saved. At the same time, for the national highway network toll ready.
