懸索橋主纜與索鞍間側(cè)向力分布模式的模型試驗研究

【摘要】:為明確主纜與索鞍間側(cè)向力分布模式并為理論研究提供支撐,需開展針對性試驗研究。通過在模型設(shè)計、加載方式及測試方法等方面的探索實踐,形成了可行的側(cè)向力試驗方案。根據(jù)測試結(jié)果,研究了側(cè)向力的分布模式及變化規(guī)律,并驗證了理論研究成果的準(zhǔn)確性。研究表明:側(cè)向力與索力間基本呈線性變化關(guān)系,即在通常范圍內(nèi)增加索力所引起的接觸擠壓力的增大對鞍槽內(nèi)離散體間的接觸關(guān)系及傳力機理并無明顯影響;側(cè)向力在層間分布差異明顯,且不同高度處的側(cè)向力隨索力的變化率不同,說明側(cè)向力與徑向力間并非Janssen公式所述的固定比值關(guān)系;側(cè)向力發(fā)展具有單向不可逆性;鋼絲排列高寬比越大,其對應(yīng)高度處的側(cè)向力越小,但沿全高范圍內(nèi)的側(cè)向合力越大;試驗結(jié)果與理論結(jié)果吻合較好,證明所建立的主纜側(cè)向力理論計算方法與公式是準(zhǔn)確的。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the distribution mode of lateral force between main cable and cable saddle and to provide support for theoretical research, it is necessary to carry out targeted experimental research. By exploring the model design, loading method and testing method, a feasible lateral force test scheme is formed. According to the test results, the distribution pattern and variation law of lateral force are studied, and the accuracy of the theoretical research results is verified. The results show that there is a linear relationship between lateral force and cable force, that is, the increase of contact extrusion force caused by increasing cable force in normal range has no obvious effect on the contact relationship and force transfer mechanism between discrete bodies in saddle trough. The distribution of lateral force between layers is obviously different, and the variation rate of lateral force with cable force is different at different heights, which indicates that the relationship between lateral force and radial force is not a fixed ratio as described in Janssen's formula, and the lateral force development has unidirectional irreversibility. The larger the aspect ratio of steel wire arrangement is, the smaller the lateral force is at the corresponding height, but the greater the lateral force is along the whole high range. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results, which proves that the theoretical calculation method and formula of the lateral force of the main cable are accurate.
