溫拌瀝青混合料的拌和與壓實溫度預(yù)估
[Abstract]:In order to predict the mixing and compaction temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture, four kinds of warm mixing additives based on different mechanism were selected to predict the reasonable mixing temperature and compaction temperature: in the stage of mixing temperature prediction, Under the condition of considering the essence of mixing temperature and the purpose of warm mixing, the reasonable content of additive is determined based on the set temperature, and the compaction temperature is used as the means of compaction temperature prediction, with the binding rate as the control index, and considering the nature of mixing temperature and the purpose of warm-mixing, the reasonable content of additives is determined based on the set warm-mix temperature. Based on the analogy principle of equal compactness and compaction temperature, the corresponding relationship of voidage index between common hot mix and warm mix is established, and the compacting temperature range of warm mix is determined. The results show that the viscosity of asphalt is affected by mixing temperature and additive content, and the additive content is reasonable based on setting the temperature drop range of warm mixing and taking the adhesion rate as the control index, because of the different viscosity reduction mechanism of additives. As a result, the content and state are different in different stages of construction, and the influence on construction temperature is slightly different.
