高速公路涵洞加寬新舊涵拼接處受力與變形特性分析及工程技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前國內(nèi)高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程實用技術(shù)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尚不成熟,且針對涵洞加寬工程的系統(tǒng)性研究較少,涵洞加寬工程相關(guān)技術(shù)問題的研究正在引起學(xué)術(shù)界及工程技術(shù)人員的關(guān)注。本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外高速公路涵洞加寬工程研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合惠深高速公路涵洞加寬工程實例,通過實地調(diào)研、數(shù)值仿真計算、理論分析,對涵洞加寬工程中新舊涵拼接處受力與變形特性、涵洞加寬設(shè)計方法及施工技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。主要研究成果如下:1.利用有限元數(shù)值仿真方法,計算分析兩種拼接方法下,不同工況時新舊涵拼接處受力與變形特性情況,結(jié)果表明:新舊涵采用植筋拼接時,新涵對舊涵的不利影響較沉降縫拼接時明顯要大,且隨著加寬跨徑和涵頂填土高度的增大,不利影響程度也逐漸增大;當(dāng)加寬跨徑超過4m或涵頂填土高度超過2m時,拼接處舊涵蓋板跨中下緣拉應(yīng)力超過混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計值,涵洞結(jié)構(gòu)會發(fā)生破壞。而新舊涵采用沉降縫拼接時,拼接處蓋板跨中下緣拉應(yīng)力較植筋拼接時明顯要小,且新舊涵基礎(chǔ)沉降差較小,滿足控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。2.在新舊涵基礎(chǔ)沉降差滿足要求情況下,對蓋板涵和箱涵,當(dāng)加寬跨徑超過4m或涵頂填土高度超過2m時,建議新舊涵采用沉降縫拼接;其他情況時,為使新舊涵結(jié)構(gòu)拼接緊密,可采用植筋拼接。對圓管涵和拱涵,可分別采用沉降縫拼接和新建蓋板涵拼接。3.單側(cè)加寬時,新舊涵拼接處蓋板跨中下緣正應(yīng)力較兩側(cè)加寬時明顯要大,建議涵洞加寬應(yīng)優(yōu)先采用兩側(cè)加寬。地基處理選用合理的樁基幾何參數(shù),新涵基礎(chǔ)選用整體式基礎(chǔ)且結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸適當(dāng)增大,確保新舊涵基礎(chǔ)沉降差滿足要求,且涵洞結(jié)構(gòu)不受破壞。4.系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了高速公路涵洞加寬工程施工技術(shù)要點,提出了減小新舊涵基礎(chǔ)沉降差工程措施、涵洞加寬施工質(zhì)量檢測方法及控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。論文研究成果一方面弄清了不同拼接方法下新舊涵拼接處受力與變形特性情況,為新舊涵相互作用研究提供了理論依據(jù);另一方面為高速公路涵洞加寬工程設(shè)計方法與施工技術(shù)提供了科學(xué)借鑒,具有重要的工程實際意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the practical technical specifications and standards of expressway reconstruction and extension project in China are not mature, and the systematic research on culvert widening project is less. The research of culvert widening engineering technology is attracting the attention of academic circles and engineers. On the basis of summing up the research results of highway culvert widening engineering at home and abroad, this paper combines with the practical example of the culvert widening project of Hui-Shen Expressway, through field investigation, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The stress and deformation characteristics of new and old culvert joints in culvert widening engineering, the design method and construction technology of culvert widening are studied. The main research results are as follows: 1. The finite element numerical simulation method is used to calculate and analyze the stress and deformation characteristics of the new and old culvert joints under different working conditions. The results show that when the new and old culverts are jointed with steel bars, The adverse effect of the new culvert on the old culvert is obviously greater than that of the settlement joint, and with the increase of the width span and the height of the culvert top fill, the adverse influence degree increases gradually, and when the width span is more than 4m or the culvert top fill height is more than 2m, When the tensile stress of the middle and lower edge of the old covered slab is higher than the design value of the concrete tensile strength, the culvert structure will be destroyed. When the new and old culverts are jointed by settlement joint, the tensile stress of the middle and lower edge of the cover at the joint is obviously smaller than that of the planting reinforcement, and the settlement difference between the new and the old culvert foundation is smaller, which meets the control standard. When the settlement difference between new and old culverts meets the requirement, when the span of cover culvert and box culvert is more than 4m or the height of culvert top fill is more than 2m, it is suggested that the new culvert and old culvert should be jointed by settlement joint; in other cases, in order to make the structure of new culvert and old culvert close, The splicing of planting bars can be used. For circular pipe culvert and arch culvert, settlement joint splicing and new cover plate culvert splicing. 3. When the width of the new and old culvert is widened, the normal stress of the middle and lower edge of the cover at the new and old culvert joint is obviously larger than that of the two sides. It is suggested that the widening of culvert should be given priority to both sides. Reasonable geometric parameters of pile foundation are selected for foundation treatment and integral foundation is used for new culvert foundation and the structure size is increased appropriately to ensure that the settlement difference between new and old culvert foundation meets the requirement and the culvert structure is not damaged .4. The main points of construction technology for culvert widening project of expressway are summarized systematically. The engineering measures to reduce the settlement difference between new culvert foundation and old culvert foundation, the quality detection method and control standard of culvert widening construction are put forward. On the one hand, the paper makes clear the stress and deformation characteristics of the new and old culverts under different splicing methods, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the interaction between the new and the old culverts. On the other hand, it provides scientific reference for highway culvert widening engineering design method and construction technology, which has important engineering practical significance.
