【摘要】：橋面鋪裝指的是鋪筑在橋面板上的保護層,能夠保護橋面板防止車輪或履帶直接磨耗面,保護主梁免受雨水侵蝕,并借以分散車輪的集中荷載。隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,大交通量和重載現(xiàn)象也越來越普遍,從而引起橋面鋪裝的破壞日趨嚴重,尤其是一些大橋橋面的早期破壞更是讓交通部門頭疼,高昂的維修加固費用讓交通管理部門不堪重負。如何保證橋面鋪裝的耐久性和橋面的使用性能,是目前亟待解決的重要課題。論文在查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎上,論述了橋面鋪裝的特點和性能要求,總結(jié)了瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝常見的病害,從材料、結(jié)構(gòu)設計、力學機理、施工、養(yǎng)護等方面分析了瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝損害的原因。結(jié)合三水河特大橋?qū)嶋H項目,從原材料的選擇角度論述了瀝青路面材料的技術(shù)特性,優(yōu)化了橋面鋪裝瀝青混合料AC-13、AC-20配合比設計;研究了瀝青混合料的力學性能、高溫性能、低溫性能、水穩(wěn)性能,并通過試驗進行路用性能分析;對試驗路施工攤鋪進行實時檢測,并現(xiàn)場取料級配篩分、芯樣抽提試驗,試驗段鋪筑完成后對壓實度、厚度、滲水系數(shù)、構(gòu)造深度等指標進行檢驗,結(jié)合檢測結(jié)果分析其使用性能。除此,詳細論述了瀝青鋪裝層施工工藝以及施工過程中常見問題及處理方法,從而確保橋面鋪裝施工質(zhì)量。本文從理論基礎和實例驗證兩方面論述高橋面鋪裝和施工工藝方面的問題,對橋面鋪裝質(zhì)量控制具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Bridge deck paving is the protective layer laid on the deck of the bridge. It can protect the bridge panel to prevent the wheel or track directly worn surface, protect the main beam from the rain erosion, and to disperse the concentrated load of the wheel. With the rapid development of our national economy, the heavy traffic and heavy load are becoming more and more common, which causes the damage of the bridge deck pavement. It is becoming more and more serious, especially the early destruction of bridge deck, which makes the traffic department headaches, and the high maintenance and strengthening cost can cause the traffic management department to be overwhelmed. How to guarantee the durability of deck pavement and the performance of the bridge surface is an important issue to be solved at present. The characteristics and performance requirements of bridge deck pavement are discussed. The common diseases of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement are summarized. The damage causes of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement are analyzed from material, structure design, mechanics mechanism, construction and maintenance. The asphalt pavement material is discussed from the point of selection of raw materials. Technical characteristics, optimized the bridge deck pavement asphalt mixture AC-13, AC-20 mix design, studied the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture, high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water stability, and through the test of the road performance analysis, test road construction in real time testing, and site selection grading screening, core sample extraction test, test section After the completion of the paving, the indexes of compaction degree, thickness, water seepage coefficient and structural depth are tested, and their performance is analyzed in combination with the testing results. In addition, the construction technology and common problems and treatment methods in the construction process are discussed in detail, so as to ensure the construction quality of the bridge deck. The two parties are verified from the theoretical basis and examples. This paper discusses the problems of high bridge deck pavement and construction technology, and has some reference significance for bridge deck pavement quality control.
