甘肅省瀝青路面長(zhǎng)期老化后瀝青微觀分析研究

【摘要】:選擇了道路石油瀝青、實(shí)驗(yàn)室Pressure Vessel Aging(PAV)老化及瀝青路面長(zhǎng)期老化瀝青作為研究對(duì)象,分析可知與基質(zhì)瀝青及實(shí)驗(yàn)室老化瀝青相比,SK90#瀝青在經(jīng)過路面長(zhǎng)期老化后,瀝青的力學(xué)性能發(fā)生了明顯的變化,表現(xiàn)為針入度與延度下降,軟化點(diǎn)與粘度升高。通過傅里葉紅外變換光譜和凝膠滲透色譜分析可知,瀝青在老化過程中發(fā)生氧化發(fā)應(yīng),生成羰基和亞砜基官能團(tuán),且小分子鏈減少,大分子鏈增加;運(yùn)用熱重分析儀測(cè)定了瀝青老化前后的熱穩(wěn)定性,發(fā)現(xiàn)老化前后瀝青的熱穩(wěn)定性能基本保持不變。
[Abstract]:It was found that the mechanical properties of the asphalt were obviously changed after long - term aging of asphalt . The results showed that the oxidation of the asphalt during the aging process should be reduced , the molecular chain increased , and the thermal stability of the asphalt before and after aging was determined by means of FTIR and gel permeation chromatography . It was found that the thermal stability of the asphalt before and after aging can be basically unchanged .
