磷石膏晶須對瀝青性能的改性研究

【摘要】:隨著我國交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展,汽車的載荷量不斷增加,對公路交通路面的要求越來越高,普通的瀝青路面已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代交通路面的發(fā)展要求。本文在了解國內(nèi)外固體廢棄物磷石膏的處理方法以及改性瀝青研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以磷石膏為原料,采用水熱法合成磷石膏晶須(PSW),針對磷石膏晶須具有直徑小、強(qiáng)度高、韌性好、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、無毒等特點(diǎn),將磷石膏晶須作為瀝青改性劑,與磷石膏、市售半水硫酸鈣晶須(HCSW)改性瀝青對比,并用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH502、KH570和鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑TCA105對磷石膏、HCSW、PSW三種填料分別改性,研究改性前后對瀝青性能的影響。將磷石膏晶須與高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)共混,制成PSW/HDPE復(fù)合改性劑,研究其改性瀝青的路用性能與改性機(jī)理,為磷石膏的處理和利用開辟一條新的途徑。本文將磷石膏、HCSW和PSW三種填料按不同的量分別加入到瀝青中,對比三種填料對瀝青路用性能的改善效果。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)添加量為9%時,PSW對瀝青性能的改善效果最好,軟化點(diǎn)達(dá)到45.0℃,針入度指數(shù)達(dá)到0.9290,高于磷石膏和HCSW。經(jīng)過硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH502、KH570和鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑TCA105對磷石膏、HCSW、PSW三種填料改性后,結(jié)果表明TCA105改性磷石膏后,當(dāng)添加量為9%時軟化點(diǎn)達(dá)到41.98℃,針入度指數(shù)增加到0.3040,對瀝青的改性效果較好,KH502改性HCSW后,當(dāng)添加量為9%時軟化點(diǎn)達(dá)到43.84℃,針入度指數(shù)達(dá)到0.7450,對瀝青的改性效果較好,KH570改性PSW后,當(dāng)添加量為9%時軟化點(diǎn)達(dá)到49.18℃,針入度指數(shù)達(dá)到0.9629,對瀝青的改性效果較好。將PSW與高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)互配,按不同的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)制成PSW/HDPE復(fù)合材料,用該復(fù)合材料改性瀝青,結(jié)果表明當(dāng)PSW/HDPE復(fù)合材料中PSW質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%、15%、20%,當(dāng)添加量為5%時軟化點(diǎn)分別為88.67℃、83.42℃、77.28℃,針入度指數(shù)分別為1.969、1.952、1.9498,軟化點(diǎn)和針入度指數(shù)都逐漸降低,對瀝青的改性效果降低。分別用傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)和差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)對改性瀝青的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,探討瀝青的改性機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明磷石膏、HCSW、PSW以及PSW/HDPE復(fù)合材料對瀝青的改性均為物理改性,并沒有發(fā)生化學(xué)變化生成新的物質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of transportation in our country, the load of automobile is increasing, and the requirement of highway traffic pavement is more and more high. The common asphalt pavement can not meet the development requirement of modern traffic pavement. On the basis of understanding the treatment methods of phosphogypsum and the research status of modified asphalt at home and abroad, the phosphogypsum whisker (PSW) was synthesized by hydrothermal method using phosphogypsum as raw material, aiming at the small diameter and high strength of phosphogypsum whisker. The phosphogypsum whisker is used as asphalt modifier and compared with phosphogypsum and HCSW modified asphalt, which is characterized by good toughness, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and non-toxicity. The phosphorous gypsum HCSWPSW was modified by silane coupling agent KH502KH570 and titanate coupling agent TCA105, respectively. The effects of modification on asphalt properties were studied. The phosphogypsum whisker was blended with high density polyethylene (HDPE) to prepare PSW / HDPE composite modifier. The road performance and modification mechanism of the modified asphalt were studied, which opened a new way for the treatment and utilization of phosphogypsum. In this paper, phosphogypsum HCSW and PSW fillers were added to asphalt in different quantities, and the improvement effects of these fillers on asphalt performance were compared. The results show that when the content of PSW is 9, the asphalt performance is the best, the softening point is 45.0 鈩,
