【摘要】:近年來,瀝青路面再生技術(shù)越來越受到人們的重視,而對(duì)于這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的研究過程中,對(duì)回收料本身性質(zhì)的了解則是基礎(chǔ)中的基礎(chǔ),本篇論文主要介紹回收料本身的性質(zhì)。在本篇論文的研究中,同時(shí)選取了不同地區(qū)的三種舊料。首先,主要對(duì)RAP料的顆粒組成進(jìn)行分析,包括三個(gè)部分,分別是篩分析,抽提前后的級(jí)配變化分析,以及回收料的密度分析。通過分離抽提試驗(yàn),對(duì)瀝青本身的變化以及在舊料中的分布情況進(jìn)行分析;其次,在對(duì)舊料中的瀝青進(jìn)行大量的抽提回收試驗(yàn)過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)過程中的某些步驟可能對(duì)舊瀝青的性能產(chǎn)生一定的影響,通過做對(duì)比試驗(yàn),找出試驗(yàn)過程中可能對(duì)舊瀝青的性能產(chǎn)生影響的因素并提出方法解決。本文分別研究了礦粉,三氯乙烯,以及他們的共同作用對(duì)瀝青性能的影響,并提出方法來解決這種影響,使其可以準(zhǔn)確的了解舊料中瀝青本來的性能。最后,通過分析微波加熱瀝青的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出將微波加熱瀝青的方法應(yīng)用于阿布森法當(dāng)中,有一定的可行性。本文所研究的舊料級(jí)配變化這部分內(nèi)容,為日后的熱再生混合料的級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)提供了一些參考數(shù)據(jù),在用阿布森法對(duì)瀝青進(jìn)行的抽提過程中,通過一定的方式可以抽提到到更純凈的瀝青,同時(shí)提出將微波加熱方式運(yùn)用阿布森法的試驗(yàn)裝置中,但沒有準(zhǔn)確的試驗(yàn)裝置設(shè)計(jì),希望在未來的學(xué)習(xí)過程中,可以將舊料本身的變化與再生混合料的性質(zhì)變化聯(lián)系起來,在這方面有一定的研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the asphalt pavement regeneration technology, and in the research process of this technology, the understanding of the properties of the recycled material is the basis of the foundation. This paper mainly introduces the properties of the recycled material itself. In the research of this paper, three kinds of used materials from different regions are selected. Firstly, the particle composition of rap is analyzed, including three parts: sieve analysis, gradation analysis before and after extraction, and density analysis of recycled material. The variation of asphalt itself and its distribution in used materials are analyzed through separate extraction test. Secondly, in the course of a large number of extraction and recovery tests of asphalt in used materials, It is found that some steps in the test process may have a certain effect on the performance of the old asphalt. Through the comparative tests, the factors that may affect the performance of the old asphalt during the test process are found out and the solutions are put forward. In this paper, the effects of mineral powder, trichloroethylene and their common action on asphalt properties are studied, and some methods are put forward to solve this effect, so that they can accurately understand the original properties of asphalt in old materials. Finally, by analyzing the advantages of microwave heating asphalt, it is put forward that it is feasible to apply microwave heating asphalt method to Abson method. The change of gradation of used materials studied in this paper provides some reference data for the gradation design of hot recycled mixture in the course of extraction of asphalt by Abson method. The purer asphalt can be extracted in a certain way, and it is proposed that the microwave heating method can be used in the test device of Abson method, but there is no accurate design of the experimental device, and it is hoped that in the future study process, The change of used material itself can be linked with the change of properties of recycled mixture.
