基于路網(wǎng)連通可靠性的小區(qū)開放方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化速度的加快,現(xiàn)有的住宅小區(qū)模式帶來(lái)的城市問(wèn)題越來(lái)越突出,尤其是現(xiàn)有的“封閉式”住宅小區(qū)嚴(yán)重阻礙了城市交通的發(fā)展。中國(guó)政府從解決城市實(shí)際問(wèn)題的角度出發(fā),要求各地逐步打開封閉的住宅小區(qū)和單位大院,小區(qū)開放已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)社會(huì)討論的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。住宅小區(qū)的開放對(duì)城市區(qū)域交通具有一定的影響,而不同的小區(qū)開放方案對(duì)城市區(qū)域交通的影響不同。因此,研究小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連通可靠性和小區(qū)的開放方案對(duì)指導(dǎo)小區(qū)開放具有重要意義。論文首先針對(duì)小區(qū)開放的道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性進(jìn)行了研究。從道路級(jí)配,道路間距和交叉口結(jié)構(gòu)特征三個(gè)方面分析了小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)特性;從小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交通吸引和交通分布兩個(gè)方面分析了小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交通需求特性;分析了小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)可能產(chǎn)生交通悖論的原因,并提出了將系統(tǒng)出行成本作為判斷交通悖論現(xiàn)象的依據(jù)。其次,利用交通微循環(huán)理論,構(gòu)建了適用于小區(qū)開放路網(wǎng)交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的連通可靠性指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系。通過(guò)分析小區(qū)開放路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)理想出行成本與實(shí)際出行成本的關(guān)系,建立了系統(tǒng)出行成本比指標(biāo),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)出行成本的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié);通過(guò)對(duì)不同道路間距條件下小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)出行成本的分析,研究了小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的合理道路間距;通過(guò)分析小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接度指數(shù)和交叉口的節(jié)點(diǎn)度方差,研究了路網(wǎng)的連通性能。在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了適用于小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連通可靠性指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系。再次,在小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)連通可靠性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用功效系數(shù)法對(duì)連通可靠性的多個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)合交通流分配方法,構(gòu)建了小區(qū)開放方案優(yōu)化的雙層模型。模型上層函數(shù)的目標(biāo)是小區(qū)開放道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連通可靠性達(dá)到相對(duì)最優(yōu),約束條件為路段飽和度、系統(tǒng)出行成本、功效系數(shù)等;模型的下層是利用用戶均衡分配方法對(duì)小區(qū)開放方案條件下的交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行交通分配。最后,以哈爾濱市魯商松江新城住宅小區(qū)為例,對(duì)小區(qū)開放方案的優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析各個(gè)小區(qū)開放方案的連通可靠性,最終得到小區(qū)開放的最優(yōu)方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban problems brought by the existing residential district model are becoming more and more prominent, especially the existing "closed" residential district seriously hinders the development of urban traffic. From the point of view of solving the practical problems of cities, the Chinese government requires all localities to gradually open closed residential and unit compounds, and the opening of residential areas has become a hot issue in Chinese society. The opening of residential district has a certain influence on urban regional traffic, but different residential district opening scheme has different influence on urban regional traffic. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the connectivity reliability of open road network and the open scheme of cell. Firstly, the characteristics of open road network are studied in this paper. The structural characteristics of open road network are analyzed from three aspects: road gradation, road spacing and intersection structure. The characteristics of traffic demand of open road network in residential area are analyzed from two aspects of traffic attraction and traffic distribution, and the reasons of traffic paradox in open road network of residential area are analyzed. The system travel cost is taken as the basis for judging the phenomenon of traffic paradox. Secondly, based on the traffic microcirculation theory, a connected reliability index evaluation system is constructed for the traffic microcirculation system of open road network in residential area. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the ideal travel cost and the actual travel cost of the open road network system, the system travel cost ratio index is established, and the calculation method of the system trip cost is summarized. Based on the analysis of travel cost of open road network system under different road spacing conditions, the reasonable road spacing of open road network in residential area is studied. The connectivity performance of the road network is studied by analyzing the connectivity index of the open road network and the nodal degree variance of the intersection. On the basis of the above research, an evaluation system of connectivity reliability index for open road networks in residential areas is constructed. Thirdly, based on the analysis of connectivity reliability evaluation index of open road network in residential area, the efficiency coefficient method is used to comprehensively evaluate several indexes of connectivity reliability, combined with traffic flow allocation method. A bilevel model for optimization of community opening scheme is constructed. The goal of the upper level function of the model is that the connectivity reliability of the open road network in the cell is relatively optimal, and the constraint conditions are road saturation, system travel cost, efficiency coefficient and so on. In the lower layer of the model, the traffic distribution of the traffic microcirculation system under the open community scheme is carried out by means of the user equilibrium allocation method. Finally, taking the residential district of Lushang Songjiang New Town in Harbin as an example, the optimization model of the open plan of the district is applied, and the optimal scheme of the opening of the district is obtained by comparing and analyzing the connectivity reliability of the open scheme of each district.
