高速公路路基拓寬工程若干關鍵技術

【摘要】:對于高速公路拓寬工程而言,由于工期較為緊張,而且在施工現(xiàn)場受到土地資源的限制,其現(xiàn)場施工空間也隨之減少;有些施工路段為了能夠保證道路運營的安全,實施分段交通管制,在很大程度上增加了高速公路道路拓寬施工的難度。另外,高速公路拓寬工程完工后,依舊存在較多問題,主要集中表現(xiàn)在新舊路基不均勻沉降,反射至路面出現(xiàn)不同程度的裂縫等,對交通道路行車造成較大的危害。因此,對于高速公路拓寬工程需要進一步地深入研究,尤其針對高速公路舊路基拓寬施工所存在的問題,亟需找到更好地解決方案和施工措施,能夠更好地實施高速公路拓寬工程。因此,選擇恰當合適的高速公路拓寬方式至關重要。本文首先以目前國內的一些高速公路拓寬工程案例為研究背景,著重對五種不同的高速公路拓寬方案的優(yōu)缺點進行深入分析,并且對高速公路拓寬方案模糊綜合評價選擇模型。其次,應用有限元軟件ABAQUS,分析了高速公路拓寬施工中,拓寬寬度、高度以及拓寬方式等多種因素對差異性沉降的影響規(guī)律,以期為后續(xù)解決方案的選擇提供依據(jù),并且對舊路拓寬的設計與施工提供參考。最后,概括總結了高速公路拓寬的路基填筑形式,提出了路基拓寬施工的基本思路,從地基處理和路基本體兩個方面進行分析,提出了能夠有效防止出現(xiàn)差異性沉降的對策及方法。
[Abstract]:For the expressway widening project, because the construction period is relatively tight and the construction site is limited by the land resources, the construction space on the site is also reduced; some construction sections can ensure the safety of the road operation in order to ensure the safety of the road operation. The implementation of segmented traffic control greatly increases the difficulty of expressway road widening construction. In addition, after the completion of the expressway widening project, there are still many problems, mainly reflected in the uneven settlement of the old and new subgrade, reflected to the road surface cracks and so on, causing great harm to the traffic. Therefore, the expressway widening project needs to be further studied, especially in view of the existing problems in the construction of the old highway roadbed widening, it is urgent to find a better solution and construction measures. Can better carry out highway widening project. Therefore, it is very important to choose the appropriate and appropriate way to widen the highway. In this paper, based on some cases of expressway widening project in China, the advantages and disadvantages of five different expressway widening schemes are analyzed deeply, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of expressway widening scheme is selected. Secondly, using the finite element software Abaqus, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors, such as width, height and widening method, on the differential settlement in expressway widening construction, in order to provide the basis for the selection of subsequent solutions. And provides the reference to the old road widening design and the construction. Finally, the paper summarizes the embankment filling form of expressway widening, puts forward the basic ideas of roadbed widening construction, and analyzes the foundation treatment and roadbed body. The countermeasures and methods which can effectively prevent the differential settlement are put forward.
