基于Civil 3D平臺(tái)的公路BIM若干問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著公路建設(shè)的大力發(fā)展,提高工程建設(shè)效率刻不容緩,特別是公路路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)階段的生產(chǎn)效率亟待提升。建筑信息模型(BIM)的提出,為實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期的信息交換、共享、集成與挖掘提供了有效途徑。目前的公路BIM軟件或平臺(tái)缺少對(duì)路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中信息的深度支持;诖,在分析公路BIM基本特征和要求基礎(chǔ)上,基于Civil 3D軟件,對(duì)路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則檢查、評(píng)價(jià)信息實(shí)時(shí)反饋與擴(kuò)展等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。論文對(duì)BIM基本概念進(jìn)行梳理,從邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)、空間信息組織方式、公路設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程、建設(shè)環(huán)境、多目標(biāo)決策信息支持等五方面對(duì)公路BIM的概念進(jìn)行分析和界定。以公路路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法為研究對(duì)象,提出傳統(tǒng)CAD應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)化建模、設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象屬性信息的拓展與集成評(píng)價(jià)信息等功能,以滿(mǎn)足BIM在設(shè)計(jì)層面的要求,進(jìn)而對(duì)公路路線(xiàn)BIM設(shè)計(jì)工具開(kāi)發(fā)提出技術(shù)設(shè)想;贏(yíng)utoCAD Civil3D平臺(tái),根據(jù)公路路線(xiàn)BIM技術(shù)工具的需求分析,采用VB.NET語(yǔ)言二次開(kāi)發(fā)了兩種BIM對(duì)象模型。一是對(duì)Civil 3D設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則檢查類(lèi)庫(kù)進(jìn)行拓展,將可量化的線(xiàn)形設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范內(nèi)建于信息模型中,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中可將規(guī)范沖突信息實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)反饋,實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范自動(dòng)檢查,有助于設(shè)計(jì)者決策參考。二是對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象的非幾何屬性進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,將運(yùn)行速度屬性拓展到圖形對(duì)象中,建立了公路運(yùn)行速度BIM模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)行速度的計(jì)算、實(shí)時(shí)查詢(xún)及動(dòng)態(tài)顯示評(píng)價(jià)信息的功能,將評(píng)價(jià)融入到設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié),有助于提高設(shè)計(jì)效率。論文初步研究了BIM應(yīng)用于路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)的理論和方法問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則BIM模型與公路運(yùn)行速度BIM模型,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中信息擴(kuò)展和實(shí)時(shí)反饋問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,并開(kāi)發(fā)了相應(yīng)工具。研究成果提高了對(duì)路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)的支持層次與深度,為BIM技術(shù)在公路路線(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用提供有效的技術(shù)手段。進(jìn)一步研究中可考慮全生命周期下的功能拓展。
[Abstract]:With the development of highway construction, it is urgent to improve the efficiency of engineering construction, especially in the stage of highway route design. The construction information model (BIM) provides an effective way to realize the information exchange, sharing, integration and mining of the whole life cycle of the construction project. The current highway BIM software or platform lacks the depth support for the information in the course of route design. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics and requirements of highway BIM, based on Civil 3D software, the design rules checking, real-time feedback and extension of evaluation information in the course of route design are studied. In this paper, the basic concepts of BIM are analyzed and defined from five aspects: logical structure, spatial information organization, highway design process, construction environment and multi-objective decision information support. Taking the highway route design method as the research object, the paper puts forward that the traditional CAD should realize the functions of parameterized modeling, the extension of the attribute information of the design object and the integration of the evaluation information, so as to meet the requirements of BIM in the design level. Furthermore, the paper puts forward a technical assumption for the development of BIM design tool for highway route. Based on AutoCAD Civil 3D platform, two kinds of BIM object models are developed by using VB.NET language according to the requirement analysis of highway route BIM technology tools. The first is to extend the class library of Civil 3D design rule checking, and build the quantifiable linear design specification into the information model. In the process of design, the specification conflict information can be dynamically feedback in real time, and the design specification can be automatically checked. It is helpful for designers to make decision reference. Secondly, the non-geometric attribute of the design object is extended, the running speed attribute is extended to the graphic object, and the BIM model of highway running speed is established, which realizes the function of calculating the running speed, querying in real time and displaying the evaluation information dynamically. It is helpful to improve the design efficiency by integrating the evaluation into the design link. In this paper, the theory and method of applying BIM to route design are studied, and the design rules BIM model and highway speed BIM model are constructed. The information expansion and real-time feedback in the design process are studied, and the corresponding tools are developed. The research results improve the level and depth of support for route design and provide an effective technical means for the application of BIM technology in highway route design. In the further study, we can consider the function expansion under the whole life cycle.
