【摘要】：中國(guó)各城市公共自行車規(guī)�？焖贁U(kuò)張,開展其服務(wù)特征的分析和評(píng)估對(duì)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)有重要意義。以杭州市為例,抓取公共自行車租賃點(diǎn)規(guī)模、分布與運(yùn)行狀態(tài)等開放數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)城市間以及城市內(nèi)部片區(qū)間的橫向比較分析其服務(wù)特征�？傮w上杭州市公共自行車服務(wù)覆蓋水平較高,各片區(qū)(除部分外圍組團(tuán)外)均注重對(duì)于居住區(qū)的覆蓋;相比其他城市,租賃點(diǎn)布局更密、覆蓋更廣、規(guī)模更大。各片區(qū)系統(tǒng)所處的階段性特征和各運(yùn)營(yíng)主體的布局策略差異明顯。租賃點(diǎn)空間分布特征顯示:系統(tǒng)配車數(shù)量以及滿載率總體合適;可借車輛數(shù)在空間上表現(xiàn)為"分散—聚集—分散"的時(shí)變特征,聚集區(qū)呈現(xiàn)"一核多心"的等級(jí)化特征。租賃點(diǎn)分時(shí)狀態(tài)特征顯示:超過(guò)50%的租賃點(diǎn)接近飽和或空缺狀態(tài),且在集聚區(qū)內(nèi)小范圍集中。
[Abstract]:The scale of public bicycle in Chinese cities is expanding rapidly. It is very important to analyze and evaluate the service characteristics of public bicycle in China. Taking Hangzhou as an example, the open data such as the scale, distribution and running state of public bicycle rental sites are captured, and their service characteristics are analyzed by the horizontal comparison between cities and the inner urban areas. On the whole, the coverage level of public bicycle service in Hangzhou is relatively high, and all the districts (except some peripheral groups) pay attention to the coverage of residential areas; compared with other cities, the layout of rental points is more dense, the coverage is wider, and the scale is larger. The phase characteristics of each district system and the layout strategy of each operation body are obviously different. The spatial distribution of leasing points shows that the number and full load rate of the system are suitable in general, and the number of vehicles can be expressed as the time-varying feature of "dispersion, agglomeration and dispersion" in space, and the concentration area presents the hierarchical feature of "one core multi-center". The time-sharing characteristics of lease points show that more than 50% of lease points are close to saturation or vacancy and are concentrated in a small scale in the concentration area.
