瀝青攪拌設(shè)備燃?xì)馊紵髋滹L(fēng)系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:主燃燒器是瀝青混合料攪拌設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵總成,最主要的熱量輸入總成。它將燃料的化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能,將冷骨料烘干加熱至適宜的溫度,為骨料與填料,瀝青的進(jìn)一步拌合做好準(zhǔn)備。燃燒器的穩(wěn)定性,燃燒效率及排放的優(yōu)劣,直接決定了攪拌設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)效率,能源消耗水平以及環(huán)保水平的高低。隨著我國(guó)對(duì)環(huán)保日益重視,各行業(yè)對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù),節(jié)能減排都提出了更高的要求。天然氣較傳統(tǒng)的燃煤,燃油等燃料在環(huán)保性,便利性上都具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),因此在攪拌領(lǐng)域,天然氣燃燒器近年來(lái)得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文以瀝青攪拌設(shè)備天然氣主燃燒器為研究對(duì)象,在分析了其燃燒方式,穩(wěn)焰機(jī)理及穩(wěn)焰方法的基礎(chǔ)上,主要對(duì)其配風(fēng)形式的分類(lèi)及特點(diǎn),配風(fēng)器主要參數(shù)及其對(duì)火焰的影響情況進(jìn)行了論述。以上述理論分析為依據(jù),設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)試驗(yàn)方案,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)和工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)平流式配風(fēng)器的主要特征參數(shù)中,旋流強(qiáng)度和配風(fēng)器本身的幾何尺寸有關(guān)。阻力系數(shù)、一次風(fēng)系數(shù)和燃燒器的其他尺寸也有關(guān)系。旋流強(qiáng)度越大,火焰越穩(wěn)定。阻力系數(shù)越小,同風(fēng)機(jī)同開(kāi)度的條件下風(fēng)量越大。(2)斜錐鈍體與旋流板的組合會(huì)使火焰在喉口處受到氣流的擠壓,使火焰變細(xì),火焰的剛度增強(qiáng),同時(shí)喉口處的氣流會(huì)對(duì)燃燒室內(nèi)噴嘴的氣流起到壓縮作用,增大其噴射角。(3)在配風(fēng)系統(tǒng)相同的情況下,風(fēng)機(jī)開(kāi)度加大會(huì)使火焰的旋轉(zhuǎn)更加強(qiáng)烈;同時(shí),大直徑、高旋流強(qiáng)度的旋流板會(huì)使燃燒器喉口處受到氣流的擠壓,使火焰變細(xì),剛性增強(qiáng)。(4)在旋流式燃燒器的噴口處,燃料和氣流即發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈的混合,使得燃燒完全充分,產(chǎn)生短粗型火焰。其熱效率相較于無(wú)外圈旋流葉片的,中心旋流板外徑相同的平流式燃燒器更高。
[Abstract]:The main burner is the key assembly of asphalt mixture mixing equipment, the most important heat input assembly. It converts the chemical energy of fuel into heat energy and heats the cold aggregate to a suitable temperature to prepare for the further mixing of aggregate and filler and asphalt. The stability, combustion efficiency and emission of the burner directly determine the production quality, production efficiency, energy consumption level and environmental protection level of the mixing equipment. With the increasing attention to environmental protection in China, all industries put forward higher requirements for environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction. Natural gas has obvious advantages in environmental protection and convenience compared with traditional fuels such as coal burning and fuel etc. Therefore natural gas burners have been more and more widely used in the field of agitation in recent years. In this paper, the natural gas main burner of asphalt mixing equipment is taken as the research object. On the basis of analyzing its combustion mode, flame stabilization mechanism and flame stabilization method, the classification and characteristics of its air distribution form are mainly discussed. The main parameters of air distributor and its influence on flame are discussed. Based on the above theoretical analysis, the related test schemes are designed, and the laboratory tests and site tests are carried out. The experimental results show that: (1) among the main characteristic parameters of the advection air distributor, the swirl intensity is related to the geometric size of the distributor itself. The drag coefficient, primary air coefficient and other dimensions of the burner are also related. The greater the swirl intensity, the more stable the flame. The smaller the resistance coefficient, the greater the air volume under the condition of the same opening of the fan. (2) the combination of oblique cone blunt body and swirl plate will make the flame be squeezed by the airflow at the throat, make the flame thin, and the flame stiffness will be enhanced. At the same time, the airflow at the throat will compress the air flow of the nozzle in the combustion chamber, and increase the injection angle. (3) under the same air distribution system, the greater the opening of the fan will make the flame rotate more intensively; at the same time, the large diameter, The swirl plate with high swirl intensity will make the nozzle of the burner be squeezed by the air flow, make the flame finer and increase the rigidity. (4) at the nozzle of the swirl burner, the fuel and the air flow will be strongly mixed, so that the combustion is completely adequate. A short thick flame is produced. Its thermal efficiency is higher than the advection burner with the same outer diameter of the central swirl plate compared with the swirl blade without outer ring.
