港珠澳大橋混凝土連續(xù)梁施工期裂縫控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:港珠澳大橋珠澳口岸連接橋?yàn)?3×65+40)m預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋,主梁采用大節(jié)段現(xiàn)澆施工,每段混凝土澆筑量為1 248~1 726m~3。針對(duì)大體積預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土施工,結(jié)合該橋?qū)嶋H情況,分析了施工期4種裂縫(受力裂縫、溫度裂縫、塑性裂縫、約束收縮裂縫)產(chǎn)生的主要原因。根據(jù)裂縫的不同成因及橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),通過支架合理設(shè)計(jì)、預(yù)壓及合理的混凝土澆筑順序控制受力裂縫;通過混凝土配合比、入模溫度及合理的養(yǎng)護(hù)措施等控制溫度裂縫;通過下料點(diǎn)及振搗點(diǎn)合理設(shè)置、二次抹壓及大面積覆膜鎖水技術(shù)控制塑性裂縫;通過部分預(yù)應(yīng)力筋早期預(yù)張拉技術(shù)控制約束收縮裂縫。通過以上各種裂縫控制技術(shù)的實(shí)施,施工期的裂縫得到了良好控制,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性。
[Abstract]:The connection bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is (3 脳 65 40) m prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. The main beam is constructed with large segment cast-in-place construction. The concrete pouring capacity of each section is 1 248 ~ 1 726 m ~ (3). In view of the construction of mass prestressed concrete, combined with the actual situation of the bridge, the main causes of four kinds of cracks (stress crack, temperature crack, plastic crack and restrained shrinkage crack) during the construction period are analyzed. According to the different causes of the cracks and the characteristics of the bridge structure, the stress cracks are controlled by reasonable design of the support, preloading and reasonable pouring sequence of concrete, and the temperature cracks are controlled by the mix ratio of concrete, the temperature of the mould and the reasonable maintenance measures, etc. The plastic cracks are controlled by means of reasonable setting of the blanking points and vibrating points, and the confined shrinkage cracks are controlled by the pre-tensioning technique of partial prestressing tendons. Through the implementation of the above various crack control techniques, the cracks in the construction period are well controlled, and the durability of the structure is ensured.
