【摘要】:隨著城市交通與環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,彩色路面引起了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,逐漸成為了城市現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志。彩色路面不僅可以?xún)?yōu)化城市道路景觀,美化環(huán)境,還可以劃分交通區(qū)間起到強(qiáng)化交通警示的作用。但是修筑彩色路面,前期投資較大,且彩色膠結(jié)料生產(chǎn)工藝復(fù)雜,很大程度上制約了彩色路面的推廣。本文綜合考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)適用、工序簡(jiǎn)化、技術(shù)可行等方面,對(duì)彩色路面修筑技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,希望可以對(duì)我國(guó)彩色路面的應(yīng)用推廣提供一些有價(jià)值的參考。論文首先依據(jù)瀝青的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)選取用于制備膠結(jié)料的原材料,并基于高分子聚合物相互作用基理確立最適宜的制備工藝,接著分別研究了石油樹(shù)脂、各種改性劑的含量對(duì)彩色路面膠結(jié)料性質(zhì)的影響規(guī)律,最后從經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,性質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)的角度確定了三組性能優(yōu)良的彩色路面膠結(jié)料的配比,并通過(guò)對(duì)比分析對(duì)其性能作出評(píng)價(jià)。在對(duì)彩色路面混合料研究中,以配合比設(shè)計(jì)和路用性能的研究為主。首先確定混合料類(lèi)型,選擇礦料級(jí)配,再基于馬歇爾試驗(yàn),得出彩色路面膠結(jié)料最佳用量和顏料最佳用量,最后通過(guò)一系列混合料路用性能試驗(yàn)對(duì)其性能作出評(píng)價(jià),得出彩色路面混合料的高低溫性能和水穩(wěn)定性均表現(xiàn)優(yōu)良,且優(yōu)于普通瀝青混合料以及國(guó)內(nèi)外彩色瀝青混合料的性能。彩色路面修筑技術(shù)的研究中,熱拌彩色路面混合料施工工藝是很重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)其施工過(guò)程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)溫度控制、操作細(xì)則、質(zhì)量控制以及后期質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收進(jìn)行了研究,并將研究的理論知識(shí)應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐來(lái)指導(dǎo)試驗(yàn)路的鋪筑,在具體實(shí)踐中,結(jié)合實(shí)際解決問(wèn)題,更加豐富了對(duì)彩色路面施工工藝研究的成果。本文最后對(duì)彩色路面的效益進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià),就經(jīng)濟(jì)效益而言,作為一種新型的路面前期投資固然很大,但在路面使用壽命周期內(nèi),它可以有效減少交通管理費(fèi)用,用戶(hù)費(fèi)用等,長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看效益還是很可觀的,況且它的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于其一系列的社會(huì)效益,這才是它真正的價(jià)值,是研究彩色路面修筑技術(shù)意義的所在。
[Abstract]:With the coordinated development of urban traffic and environment, more and more attention has been paid to color pavement, which has gradually become an important symbol in the process of urban modernization. Color pavement can not only optimize the urban road landscape, beautify the environment, but also divide the traffic section to strengthen the traffic warning. However, the construction of color pavement has a large investment in the early stage, and the production process of color binder is complex, which restricts the popularization of color pavement to a great extent. This paper studies the construction technology of color pavement in the aspects of economic applicability, process simplification and technical feasibility, hoping to provide some valuable reference for the application and popularization of color pavement in China. Firstly, according to the physical and chemical properties of asphalt, the raw materials are selected for the preparation of binder, and the most suitable preparation process is established based on the polymer interaction basis, and then the petroleum resin is studied respectively. The effect of the content of various modifiers on the properties of colored pavement binders is discussed. Finally, the ratio of three groups of color pavement binders with excellent performance is determined from the point of view of economic rationality and quality standard, and the performance is evaluated by comparison and analysis. In the study of color pavement mixture, mix ratio design and road performance are the main research. First, the type of mixture is determined, and then based on Marshall test, the optimum amount of color pavement binder and pigment is obtained. Finally, the performance of the mixture is evaluated through a series of road performance tests. It is concluded that the high and low temperature performance and water stability of color pavement mixture are excellent, and the performance of color pavement mixture is better than that of common asphalt mixture and color asphalt mixture at home and abroad. In the research of construction technology of color pavement, the construction technology of hot mixed color pavement mixture is a very important link. The temperature control, operation rules, quality control and later quality acceptance of each link in the construction process are studied. The theoretical knowledge of the study is applied to practice to guide the paving of the experimental road. In the concrete practice, combined with the practical solution, it enriches the achievements of the research on the construction technology of color pavement. Finally, the paper analyzes and evaluates the benefits of color pavement. As for economic benefit, as a new type of road surface, the investment in the early stage is great, but it can effectively reduce the cost of traffic management in the pavement service life cycle. In the long run, the benefits of user fees are still considerable, and its advantage lies in its series of social benefits, which is its real value and the significance of studying the technical significance of color pavement construction.
