【摘要】：為研究只卸不裝作業(yè)模式下的自動化集裝箱碼頭AGV路徑規(guī)劃問題,建立了作業(yè)等待時(shí)間和AGV行駛時(shí)間最小的多目標(biāo)混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。根據(jù)已分配的進(jìn)口箱任務(wù),考慮帶有軟時(shí)間窗和懲罰因子的約束,求解得到岸橋與箱區(qū)之間所有的可行路徑、每臺AGV完成任務(wù)的順序以及AGV實(shí)際完成任務(wù)的行駛路徑。為檢驗(yàn)AGV作業(yè)路徑的有效性,模擬每輛AGV通過路徑節(jié)點(diǎn)的時(shí)刻,結(jié)果顯示:系統(tǒng)中沒有出現(xiàn)大量AGV排隊(duì)和岸橋閑置的情況,表明AGV行駛路徑的合理性、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)量平衡和岸橋作業(yè)的連續(xù)性,提高了碼頭的作業(yè)效率。
[Abstract]:In order to study the AGV path planning problem of automated container terminal in unloaded and unloaded mode, a multi-objective mixed integer programming model with minimum waiting time and driving time is established. Considering the constraints of soft time window and penalty factor, all feasible paths between the quayside bridge and the container area, the sequence of each AGV to complete the task and the driving path of the AGV to complete the task are obtained according to the assigned task of the imported container with the constraints of the soft time window and the penalty factor. In order to test the validity of the AGV operation path, the time of each AGV passing through the path node is simulated. The results show that there is no large number of AGV queues and idle quayside in the system, which indicates the rationality of the AGV route. The balance of system capacity and the continuity of the operation of the quayside improve the efficiency of the wharf operation.
