集裝箱班輪航線運(yùn)力配置可靠性評(píng)價(jià)及調(diào)整策略研究

【摘要】:班輪運(yùn)輸是一種具有明顯不確定性的運(yùn)輸方式,其中,集裝箱運(yùn)輸需求的不確定性最為明顯,時(shí)時(shí)處于波動(dòng)狀態(tài)。集裝箱運(yùn)輸需求的波動(dòng)可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致航線上配置的運(yùn)力不足或過剩,降低了班輪公司的收益,甚至釀成公司信譽(yù)和形象受損、客戶流失等嚴(yán)重后果。這種供給與需求的不平衡性實(shí)際上是班輪公司操作層面上的管理者每天都在面對(duì)的問題。目前對(duì)這一問題主要依靠管理人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)處理,處理時(shí)存在很大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。同時(shí),對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),目前未發(fā)現(xiàn)類似研究。本文研究的目的是要提出評(píng)價(jià)集裝箱班輪航線運(yùn)力配置可靠性方法。首先運(yùn)用可靠性理論,建立班輪航線運(yùn)力配置方案的可靠性評(píng)價(jià)模型;然后構(gòu)建以航次運(yùn)營(yíng)成本最小為目標(biāo)的班輪航線運(yùn)力配置調(diào)整模型;最后以A集裝箱班輪公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的中國(guó)沿海內(nèi)貿(mào)航線為例,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,對(duì)航線運(yùn)力配置的可靠性進(jìn)行了分析提出了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整措施。研究表明本研究提出的方法可以幫助班輪公司更好地規(guī)避集裝箱運(yùn)輸需求波動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),降低船舶運(yùn)輸成本、提高公司的服務(wù)質(zhì)量、減少利潤(rùn)損失和提高班輪公司的服務(wù)水平。同時(shí),也為班輪公司設(shè)計(jì)可靠的集裝箱班輪航線運(yùn)力配置方案提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Liner shipping is a kind of transportation mode with obvious uncertainty, among which, the uncertainty of container transportation demand is the most obvious and fluctuates from time to time. The fluctuation of container transportation demand may lead to insufficient or excess transportation capacity on the route, reduce the profit of liner company, even damage the reputation and image of the company, customer loss and other serious consequences. This imbalance between supply and demand is actually a daily problem for liner operators. At present, this problem mainly depends on the management experience, and there are great risks when dealing with it. At the same time, the analysis of the existing literature found that no similar research has been found at present. The purpose of this paper is to put forward a method to evaluate the reliability of container liner route capacity allocation. Firstly, the reliability evaluation model of liner route capacity allocation scheme is established by using reliability theory, and then the model of liner route capacity allocation adjustment aiming at minimum voyage operation cost is constructed. Finally, taking the domestic trade routes of China's coastal areas operated by A Container liner Company as an example, the model is verified, and the reliability of route capacity allocation is analyzed and the corresponding adjustment measures are put forward. The research shows that the method proposed in this paper can help the liner company to avoid the risk of the fluctuation of container transportation demand, reduce the cost of shipping, improve the service quality, reduce the loss of profit and improve the service level of the liner company. At the same time, it also provides theoretical support for the design of reliable container liner shipping capacity allocation scheme.
