【摘要】:在城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,不同等級(jí)的道路發(fā)揮不同的功能,共同構(gòu)成為一個(gè)城市的骨架體系。在《城市道路工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(CJJ37-2012)中,城市道路按其在道路網(wǎng)中的地位和功能職責(zé),分為快速路、主干路、次干路和支路四個(gè)等級(jí)。其3.1.1條關(guān)于次干路功能的描述為:次干路應(yīng)與主干路結(jié)合組成干路網(wǎng),應(yīng)以集散交通的功能為主,兼有服務(wù)功能。城市道路的交通運(yùn)行與其在城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)中的功能定位不匹配,成為導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)許多城市交通擁堵的重要因素。論文以國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目“基于功能分析的城市道路交通方案分階段技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)與決策研究”為依托,從道路功能入手,對(duì)城市次干路進(jìn)行研究。次干路與快速路、主干路組成城市干路網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,是連接城市主干路和支路的通道,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)城市道路服務(wù)功能和交通功能銜接的中間環(huán)節(jié);谝(guī)范中關(guān)于次干路功能的闡述,以“支路車流經(jīng)過次干路匯集向主干路”和“主干路車流經(jīng)過次干路分散到支路”為研究對(duì)象,提出城市次干路集散功能可靠度的概念,作為定量評(píng)價(jià)次干路功能實(shí)現(xiàn)程度的概率測(cè)度指標(biāo),進(jìn)而建立相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。以鄭州市區(qū)2條次干路為例,采用實(shí)地調(diào)查的延誤、信號(hào)配時(shí)和交通量數(shù)據(jù)資料,論證了非飽和情況下,車流由主干路向次干路和由次干路向支路分散,或由支路向次干路和由次干路向主路匯集的相鄰交叉口左轉(zhuǎn)延誤的不相關(guān)性;結(jié)合模型分別計(jì)算得到各自的集功能可靠度值、散功能可靠度值,與實(shí)際交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性與適用性。針對(duì)城市次干路的功能定位與次干路現(xiàn)狀運(yùn)行存在問題,提出次干路車道劃分的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法?紤]次干路功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的影響因素,選定車道的劃分作為優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的研究對(duì)象;將“雙向三車道”形式引入次干路集散功能的改善策略;借助Synchro與VISSIM仿真模擬,以延誤為指標(biāo),對(duì)比分析三類交通條件下,不同車道劃分形式對(duì)次干路集散功能的可能影響。
[Abstract]:In the urban road network, different levels of roads play different functions and form the framework system of a city. In CJJ37-2012, urban roads are divided into four grades: expressway, main road, secondary trunk road and branch road according to their position and function in road network. The description of the function of the secondary trunk road in 3.1.1 is as follows: the secondary trunk road should be combined with the main road to form the trunk road network, and the main function of distributed traffic should be taken as the main function, and the service function should also be provided. The mismatch between urban road traffic operation and its function orientation in the planning and design of urban road network system has become an important factor leading to traffic congestion in many cities in China at present. Based on the project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "the study of Urban Road Traffic Scheme based on functional Analysis", this paper starts with the function of the road, and studies the secondary trunk road of the city. The secondary trunk road and the expressway, the main road constitute the urban trunk road network system, is the link between the urban trunk road and the branch road, also is the intermediate link which realizes the urban road service function and the traffic function link up. Based on the exposition of the function of secondary trunk road in the specification, the concept of reliability of distribution function of secondary trunk road in urban area is put forward by taking "traffic flow of branch road through secondary trunk road converge to main road" and "traffic flow of main road passing through secondary trunk road dispersed to branch road" as research objects. As a probability measure index to quantitatively evaluate the degree of functional realization of sub-trunk roads, a corresponding mathematical model is established. Taking 2 secondary trunk roads in Zhengzhou urban area as an example, using the data of delay, signal timing and traffic volume of field investigation, it is proved that under unsaturated condition, the traffic flow is dispersed from the main road to the secondary trunk road and from the secondary trunk road to the branch road. Or from the branch to the sub-trunk road and from the sub-trunk road to the main road, the left turn delay of the adjacent intersections converged from the sub-trunk road to the main road, and the respective set function reliability values and scattered function reliability values were calculated respectively by combining the models. The feasibility and applicability of the proposed method are verified by comparing with the actual traffic operation state. In view of the problems existing in the function orientation of the secondary trunk road and the current operation of the secondary trunk road, the optimal design method for the lane division of the secondary trunk road is put forward. Considering the influence factors of the realization of secondary trunk road function, we select lane partition as the research object of optimization design; introduce "two-way three-lane" form into the improvement strategy of secondary trunk road distribution function; use Synchro and Visual IM to simulate, take delay as the index, The possible effects of different lane partition forms on the distribution function of secondary trunk roads under three traffic conditions were compared and analyzed.
