再生瀝青混合料路面材料及結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:作為一種特殊的瀝青混合料,再生瀝青混合料的材料性能及在路面結(jié)構(gòu)中的實(shí)際路用性能是一個(gè)重要的研究方向。為研究上述問題,本文通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)對(duì)比研究了新拌AC-25瀝青混合料和摻加30%RAP的再生AC-25混合料的永久變形性能和水穩(wěn)性能;通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)、理論分析和模型計(jì)算研究了兩種混合料在路面結(jié)構(gòu)中的疲勞行為,得到了不同條件下的疲勞規(guī)律,通過計(jì)算不同溫度、軸載下的路面結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞損傷度,預(yù)估路面的疲勞壽命。得出了以下主要結(jié)論:1)通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)分析了兩種混合料的永久變形性能和水穩(wěn)性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)再生料的永久變形性能優(yōu)于新拌料,且都能滿足規(guī)范要求;兩種混合料的水穩(wěn)定性均滿足規(guī)范要求,但不同試驗(yàn)方法結(jié)果存在差異。2)進(jìn)行了鄭州地區(qū)瀝青路面溫度分布研究和軸載分布研究。溫度分布研究顯示,鄭州地區(qū)瀝青路面所處的溫度區(qū)間以8℃~23℃為主,38℃以上高溫和2.5℃以下低溫情況較少;研究采用中心城市近郊干線交通軸載分布為鄭州地區(qū)交通軸載分布,以2t為軸重區(qū)間將軸重范圍劃分為10個(gè)軸載等級(jí),發(fā)現(xiàn)軸重區(qū)間2-14t占了整個(gè)軸載分布的90%左右。3)對(duì)再生料和新拌料進(jìn)行了間接拉伸疲勞試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)新拌料的抗疲勞破壞性能優(yōu)于再生混合料,再生料對(duì)應(yīng)力的敏感性較低;計(jì)算了試件中部的橫向拉應(yīng)變,擬合出新拌、再生混合料去除溫度影響的應(yīng)變疲勞方程分別為80.10022.0-N=ε、88.10009.0-N=ε。4)建立了路面結(jié)構(gòu)ANSYS模型,計(jì)算了面層底部的最大拉應(yīng)變,發(fā)現(xiàn)同等軸載等級(jí)下,隨著溫度的升高面層底部拉應(yīng)變逐漸增大;同等溫度區(qū)間下,隨著軸載的增大面層底拉應(yīng)變亦逐漸增大。5)對(duì)新拌AC-25混合料的疲勞方程和再生AC-25應(yīng)變疲勞方程作出修正并結(jié)合疲勞累積損傷理論預(yù)估兩種混合料路面的疲勞壽命分別為13.12年、11.52年。
[Abstract]:As a special asphalt mixture, the material performance of recycled asphalt mixture and the actual pavement performance in pavement structure is an important research direction. In order to study the above problems, the permanent deformation and water stability of fresh AC-25 asphalt mixture and recycled AC-25 mixture mixed with 30 rap were studied through laboratory tests. The fatigue behavior of two kinds of mixtures in pavement structure is studied by theoretical analysis and model calculation. The fatigue law under different conditions is obtained. The fatigue damage degree of pavement structure under different temperature and axial load is calculated and the fatigue life of pavement is predicted. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the permanent deformation and water stability of the two mixtures are analyzed through laboratory tests. It is found that the permanent deformation performance of the recycled mixture is better than that of the fresh mixture, and both of them can meet the requirements of the specifications. The water stability of the two mixtures meets the requirements of the specifications, but the results of different test methods are different (.2) the temperature distribution and axial load distribution of asphalt pavement in Zhengzhou area are studied. The research of temperature distribution shows that the temperature range of asphalt pavement in Zhengzhou area is mainly above 38 鈩,
