LNG船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)碰墊配置研究

【摘要】:海上液態(tài)貨物的船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)是液態(tài)貨物卸載的一種重要形式。隨著我國(guó)LNG (liquefied natural gas)進(jìn)口量的增加,海上運(yùn)輸將承擔(dān)起越來(lái)越大的運(yùn)輸份額,使得LNG的船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)將會(huì)得到越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用。而過(guò)駁船舶船間碰墊的配置則是船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)中必不可少的一環(huán),科學(xué)合理地配置船間碰墊對(duì)LNG船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)安全有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對(duì)比分析了兩種基于能量守恒定律的常用撞擊能量計(jì)算公式,選取國(guó)際航運(yùn)會(huì)議的計(jì)算公式作為受貨船靠泊供貨船時(shí)的撞擊能量計(jì)算公式。然后使用系纜力計(jì)算軟件OPTIMOOR研究了LNG船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)中過(guò)駁船舶的船間碰墊的受力規(guī)律。運(yùn)用控制變量法,找出了可使船間碰墊受力最大的作業(yè)工況,得出船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)中船間碰墊的受力規(guī)律。在確定所需配置碰墊的規(guī)格和數(shù)量的同時(shí),通過(guò)綜合分析并聯(lián)式和串聯(lián)式碰墊布置法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及可用于過(guò)駁作業(yè)的各種碰墊的特點(diǎn),最終得出了LNG船對(duì)船過(guò)駁作業(yè)中船間碰墊配置的優(yōu)化建議;谝陨戏治鼋Y(jié)果,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際需求,以四種典型大型LNG運(yùn)輸船為過(guò)駁母船,以一種新型支線LNG運(yùn)輸船為過(guò)駁子船,給出了四種過(guò)駁組合的碰墊配置的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:Ship-to-ship barge operation of liquid cargo at sea is an important form of liquid cargo unloading. With the increase of (liquefied natural gas) import in China, the marine transportation will bear more and more share, which will make the ship-to-ship barge operation more and more widely used. The configuration of the cushion between ships passing barge is an indispensable link in the operation of ship to ship barge. It is of great practical significance to configure the cushion between ships scientifically and reasonably for the safety of LNG ship to barge operation. In this paper, two commonly used formulas for calculating the impact energy based on the law of conservation of energy are compared and analyzed, and the formula of the international shipping conference is chosen as the formula for calculating the impact energy when the cargo ship is berthing the supply ship. Then, the force law of the intership cushion in the operation of LNG ship to barge is studied by using the mooring cable force calculation software OPTIMOOR. By using the control variable method, the working conditions which can make the maximum force on the collision pad between ships are found out, and the force law of the collision pad between the ships in the operation of ship to ship crossing and barge is obtained. At the same time of determining the specifications and the quantity of the needed colliding pads, the advantages and disadvantages of the parallel and series-type colliding arrangements and the characteristics of various kinds of impact pads which can be used in over-barge operations are analyzed synthetically. Finally, the optimal configuration of intership cushion in LNG ship-to-ship barge operation is obtained. Based on the above analysis results, four typical large LNG carriers are used as overbarge mother vessels and a new type of branch LNG carrier as overbarge sub-ship, and the optimization suggestions of four kinds of overbarge combination are given in this paper.
