斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)推理機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:斜拉橋施工控制是斜拉橋施工過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題。本文在以往橋梁施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)中的推理機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究。全文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)詳細(xì)分析了橋梁專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)與系統(tǒng)推理機(jī)制的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了目前橋梁專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題;分析了斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和組織形式;針對(duì)橋梁專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)存在問(wèn)題并結(jié)合斜拉橋施工控制的特點(diǎn)和要求,闡述了斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)中推理機(jī)制研究的意義。(2)構(gòu)建了斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)推理性知識(shí)庫(kù)。采用層次語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)絡(luò)表示法和知識(shí)集成表示法來(lái)對(duì)知識(shí)進(jìn)行表示,并對(duì)斜拉橋施工控制過(guò)程中的定性知識(shí)進(jìn)行了量化。(3)構(gòu)建了斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)推理機(jī)制。推理機(jī)制構(gòu)建主要分為兩部分,一是推理機(jī)制的推理方式,具體包括演繹推理、歸納推理、默認(rèn)推理和不確定性推理;二是推理機(jī)的控制策略,具體包括正向推理、逆向推理和混合推理。對(duì)所選擇研究的推理方式和推理控制策略采用示例的方式展開(kāi)了運(yùn)用。(4)開(kāi)發(fā)了斜拉橋智能施工控制專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)推理機(jī)制軟件。采用Microsoft Visual Studio2010軟件作為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),Visual C++作為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,Microsoft ADO.NET作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù)。軟件應(yīng)用到如皋長(zhǎng)江大橋施工控制過(guò)程中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的管理、分析評(píng)價(jià)、控制決策以及異常情況的預(yù)警。控制過(guò)程及結(jié)果表明,達(dá)到了理想的推理效果,便于廣泛的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The construction control of cable-stayed bridge is a key technical problem in the construction process of cable-stayed bridge. In this paper, the reasoning mechanism of intelligent construction control expert system for cable-stayed bridge is studied on the basis of the previous research on the expert system of bridge construction control. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research status of bridge expert system and system reasoning mechanism is analyzed in detail, the existing problems of bridge expert system are summarized, and the structure and organization of intelligent construction control expert system of cable-stayed bridge are analyzed. In view of the existing problems of bridge expert system and the characteristics and requirements of cable-stayed bridge construction control, The significance of reasoning mechanism research in intelligent construction control expert system of cable-stayed bridge is expounded. The reasoning knowledge base of intelligent construction control expert system of cable-stayed bridge is constructed. The hierarchical semantic network representation and the knowledge integration representation are used to express the knowledge, and the qualitative knowledge in the construction control process of cable-stayed bridge is quantified. The reasoning mechanism of intelligent construction control expert system for cable-stayed bridge is constructed. The reasoning mechanism is mainly divided into two parts, one is reasoning mechanism, including deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, default reasoning and uncertainty reasoning; the other is the control strategy of inference engine, including positive reasoning, Reverse reasoning and mixed reasoning. The reasoning mechanism software of intelligent construction control expert system for cable-stayed bridge is developed by using an example. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the development platform and Microsoft ADO.NET is used as the database access technology. The software is applied to the construction control process of Rugao Yangtze River Bridge, which realizes the management of monitoring data, analysis and evaluation, control decision and early warning of abnormal situation. The control process and the results show that the ideal reasoning effect is achieved and it is easy to be widely used.
