基于低碳理論的集裝箱港口集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:港口作為全球綜合運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點(diǎn),其功能得到不斷深化和拓展。實(shí)踐表明,現(xiàn)代港口的發(fā)展與其腹地運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)明顯的正相關(guān),腹地運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)越強(qiáng)大,對(duì)港口的支撐作用就越明顯。當(dāng)今港口間競爭不僅是港口吞吐量的競爭,也逐步發(fā)展為港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)間的競爭。低碳運(yùn)輸已經(jīng)成為交通行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,在進(jìn)行交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃和貨流分配時(shí)減少對(duì)環(huán)境的影響已經(jīng)必不可少。本文將非集計(jì)理論和低碳理論相結(jié)合,以環(huán)境承載力理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo),充分考慮了貨主、成本和環(huán)境在貨流分配中的作用,從非集計(jì)理論的角度定義了廣義運(yùn)輸成本。文章首先總結(jié)歸納了港口集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和趨勢,分析了影響港口集疏運(yùn)的影響因素,并進(jìn)一步探討了低碳運(yùn)輸對(duì)港口集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響;其次,定義了集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)中不同運(yùn)輸方式下的碳排放的公式,建立了包含廣義運(yùn)輸成本港口、硬件條件和港口軟環(huán)境等指標(biāo)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建了以貨主選擇概率最大的非集計(jì)集裝箱貨流分配模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合BIOGEME軟件編程對(duì)模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行求解;最后以實(shí)例分析驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性和實(shí)用性;诘吞祭碚摵拓浿餍в玫母劭诩柽\(yùn)體系的優(yōu)化不僅可以為港口處理貨物的能力提供后方支撐、提高港口運(yùn)作效率,還可以充分利用港口資源,有利于培養(yǎng)港口的核心競爭力、提升港口綜合實(shí)力,同時(shí)也為貨主選擇港口提供指導(dǎo),為港口規(guī)劃者提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the node of the global integrated transport network, the port has been deepened and expanded. The practice shows that the development of the port is obviously positively related to the development of the hinterland transport network. The stronger the network of the hinterland transport network is, the more obvious the supporting role of the port is. The low carbon transport has become the trend of the development of the transportation industry. It is essential to reduce the impact of the traffic network planning and distribution on the environment. This paper combines the theory of non collection and the low carbon theory, and takes the theory of carrying capacity of environmental load and the theory of sustainable development as the guidance, and makes full use of the theory of environmental carrying capacity and sustainable development. Considering the role of cargo owners, cost and environment in the distribution of cargo flow, the generalized transportation cost is defined from the point of view of the non set theory. The article first summarizes the development status, characteristics and trends of the port collection and transportation network, analyzes the influencing factors of the port collection and transportation, and further probes into the port collection and transportation network with low carbon transport. Secondly, the formula of carbon emission under different transportation modes in the collection and transportation system is defined, and a comprehensive evaluation system is established, including the general transportation cost port, the hardware conditions and the soft environment of the port, and the non aggregable container cargo distribution model with the largest selection probability of the cargo owner is further constructed. On this basis, BIO is combined with the model. The model parameters are solved by GEME software programming. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by the case analysis. The optimization of the port collection transportation system based on the low carbon theory and the owner's utility can not only provide the rear support for the port handling capacity of the goods, improve the port operation efficiency, but also make full use of the port resources. In order to cultivate the core competitiveness of ports and enhance the comprehensive strength of ports, it also provides guidance for shippers to choose ports and provides reference for port planners.
