基于PG值的機(jī)場道面瀝青抗老化性能預(yù)估模型

【摘要】:從瀝青老化機(jī)理出發(fā),提出了預(yù)測機(jī)場道面瀝青抗老化性能的預(yù)估模型.在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓下針對1種基質(zhì)瀝青和2種改性瀝青進(jìn)行4種溫度下不同時間段的老化處理,同時采用動態(tài)流變剪切儀(DSR)對瀝青試樣的PG上限溫度值進(jìn)行測試,研究其在老化作用下的變化規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:3種瀝青的PG上限溫度值隨老化條件的變化均存在一定的規(guī)律,但在相同老化條件下,瀝青種類不同,其老化速率不同;無論是基質(zhì)瀝青還是改性瀝青,其實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)與預(yù)估模型吻合良好,PG上限溫度值可作為評價機(jī)場瀝青道面抗老化性能的指標(biāo).
[Abstract]:Based on the aging mechanism of asphalt, a prediction model for predicting the aging resistance of airport pavement asphalt is proposed. Under standard atmospheric pressure, one kind of matrix asphalt and two kinds of modified asphalt were aged at 4 different temperatures, and the upper limit temperature of PG was measured by dynamic rheological shear apparatus (DSRs). The law of its change under the action of aging was studied. The results show that the upper temperature of PG of three kinds of asphalts varies with aging conditions, but under the same aging conditions, the aging rate of asphalt is different with different kinds of asphalt, whether it is base asphalt or modified asphalt. In fact, the measured data agree well with the predicted model and the upper temperature value of PG can be used as an index to evaluate the anti-aging performance of airport asphalt pavement.
